Room were clean, though a bit small but was clean and tidy. Staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was nice. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Although this hotel presents as a ‘boutique’ property, it really isn’t. Room was nicely decorated but very small. Complete lack of storage. One cupboard with 6 hangers. No drawers. Not enough space for two people to hang a weeks worth of clothing. Bathroom nice but small. Water took ages to heat up and floor flooded every time. Swimming pool looks nice but was freezing - the sun doesn’t hit it until the afternoon so always cold. Only a handful of sunloungers so this would be an issue in the height of summer. Breakfast was limited and the cooked food was cold (there is a microwave to reheat). There is a list of rules by reception which includes not eating/drinking in your room, despite a full size fridge provided! As there is a lack of any other public space on a rainy day you’d be expected to stay in your room with no food/drink!! A pleasant enough stay for a decent price but wouldn’t return.

Giriş karşılamasında görevli olan hanımefendi çok naif ve tatlıydı. Fakat odaya girdiğimiz anda yüzümüze iğrenç bir koku vurdu. Tatilimiz başladığı anda zehir oldu ve giriş anketinde 1 puan vererek şikayetimizi dile getirdik. Sabah kahvaltıya giderken adeta önümüz kesildi ki hala güleryüzlüydük. Efendim benim hep 10 puanım siz niye 1 verdiniz iğrenç bir koku olduğunu söylediğimizde hayatımda duyduğum en komik cevabı aldım koku odada değil dışarda yani burası otel dışsrda da olmamalı koku ama bir oda kokusu verseler anlayış gösterebileceğimiz olay üst perdeden bir konuşma ile çözümsüz kaldı. Ben kulak burun boğaz doktoruyum koku almayla ilgili herhangi bir problemim yok paranasal sinüs tomografim tamamiyle salim ama o beyefendi kesinlikle koku problemine sahip. Koku o kadar iğrençti ki dayanamayıp checkin den 1 gün önce otelden check out yaptık. Kahvaltı ortalama idi ne kötü ne iyi genel olarak tam bir pişmanlık tatiliydi. Yönetici olduğu söylenen ahmet beyle de görüşmek istedik şikayetimiz neticesinde eğer problem odadaysa farkını ödeyip KOKMAYAN bir odaya geçmek istediğimizi söyleyecektik ama kendisi de tenezzül etmedi açıkçası

Still fairly central in location, but not right on the beach. Superior double room was quite small, however can’t fault it.

Pictures do not do justice at all, otherwise we would have received something different than what we booked and paid for. The cleaning is non-existent and the room is small and really noisy. The breakfast was clearly not from the same day and the juice machine was dirty. Unfortunately we hadn't seen the reviews on other sites before we booked. Read them.

Nice friendly staff. The size of the room it was very small and the noise made by the waste pipe could be heard in the room and made the stay a bit uncomfortable.

Die Unterkunft befand sich perfekt zentral so das alle Strände in ca. 5 min bis 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar waren ( BoraBora/Ksamil Beach ect.) Die Unterkunft selbst, sehr sauber/geräumig eingerichtet. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!Das Frühstücken war sehr lecker und jeden Tag frisch. Alles in tipptopp Zustand > 10 Sterne !!!

A estrutura, localização e limpeza do quarto foram excelentes. O tratamento de alguns funcionários foi bem ruim. Tivemos um mal entendido sobre o acesso ao terraço e fomos tratados de uma maneira super grosseira pelo funcionário. Ele foi super ríspido e ainda virou as costas para nós e nos deixou falando. Foi uma situação horrível.

Perfect location. Lots of dining options but make sure to visit the boys at Fishop! Breakfast was great on the rooftop. Cute pool.

Güzel bir deneyimdi odaları temiz herşey çalışıyordu çalışanları nazik insanlardı kahvaltıya geç kaldık ama yine de kahvaltı yapmamıza bir şey demediler girişteki restoranda ki yemekler de lezzetliydi. Ksamil'in içinde bir otel arıyorsanız gidilebilecek otellerden birisi diyebilirim. Denize markete atm ye yürüme mesafesinde.

Gerne wieder, für uns hat alles gepasst. War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, in einem schönen Hotel mit Restaurant und freundlichen Personal.

Nice new hotel, very clean. Breakfast really poor though, everything served cold even sausages and fried eggs. Waste of time paying extra for jacuzzi room cause only one room has proper jacuzzi, rest of them just a bath with bit of bubbles in the bathroom. Big plus for Netflix.

Franchement rien à dire tout est parfait je recommande fortement que ça soit l’emplacement, le confort et le prix mais surtout le réceptionniste personne très aimable et bienveillant. Dommage que je n’ai pu gardé l’oreiller en souvenir car il était très confortable.😌
