ホテルの地下にワインの店があったり、スイートは二部屋の真ん中にバスルームがあり、同室者を起こすことなく快適だった。 滞在中にトラブルがあったが、スタッフが親切に心配してくれた。 雨だったけど、傘を貸していただいてありがたかった。

スタッフの方みなさんフレンドリーで大変居心地の良いホテルでした。 モナリザがテーマのブティックホテルということですが、お部屋のインテリア素敵でしたし、スリッパが用意されていたのは、よかったです。お水を2階のカフェテリアで入れることができ助かりました。 ホテルは駅からもドウオモからも近く、観光にも、列車の移動にも便利でした。またフィレンツェに行く機会があったらぜひ利用したいと思います。

子供連れ家族へのサービスが素晴らしい。大変心地よいステイでした。

Very good lication, hotel is new, small but nice

The staff were nice but our “superior double” room was tiny. It also had no soundproofing, so it was very noisy all evening; it also didn’t help that the staff were cleaning and vacuuming other rooms at 7am! The WiFi connection was also very poor, it keeps disconnecting, practically unusable. While the listing says that there’s an airport shuttle available - it’s just a taxi that you have to pay for. We stayed here for one night after our flight was cancelled. Our previous hotel was cheaper, much bigger with better WiFi and breakfast included. This is very poor value in comparison, this is not a “4-star” hotel.

Our stay at The FRAME was nothing less than amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. Daniel went above and beyond to help make our stay and our vacation the BEST! He recommended restaurants, made reservations and helped book train travel.

Personnel was Amazing! They immediately recommended us places to go eat and help us with the reservations as well. I will stay here again for sure. Very close to the cathedral

Awesome location right near the duomo and everything you need. Great hotel room. Clean and updated. Breakfast was a little pricey if not included but plenty of cafes very close by. Highly recommend!

Super cute and very clean. And so close to everything

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at the Frame hotel. They had a room that fit our family of 6 comfortably and everyone was kind and welcoming. Close to the train station and attractions. Kids loved the tea time with free tea and pastries. The staff was very nice and helpful to our family. Would return again, thank you for a wonderful stay.

The location is great, especially when arriving into the train station. While the entry is on a busy street, the location is great and fairly central within the city. All staff was very nice, especially the woman who greeted us at breakfast every day. The property was clean and the daily cleaning service was excellent.

Clean room, friendly staff. Free breakfast was good spread with lots of options. Central location easily accessible by walking to station and key landmarks. Showers are small, wifi is spotty in room.

The location is excellent. We had the superior room, and it was very small; we could not keep our luggage open or empty it anywhere. There is a desk in the room, but there is no space to pull up the chair between the desk and the bed. The water that was inside the glass bottle in the room tasted like tap water. We threw it away, and it was never refilled. We drank water from the minibar; there was only one small bottle of natural water, which was also never refilled. We also ran out of soap in the shower. This is the type of hotel for a quick one or two-night stay.

Front desk staff was very friendly throughout our stay. Room was clean and well-stocked. Cute little hotel right in the heart of the city!
