The hotel staffs are very helpful and very attentive and very cheerful . Location is away from noise and crowds, is a walking distance to Thamel. Can’t compare the hotel with others , but hope they can improve the hot water system .

Stayed here before and after a trek. My room before was awful - tiny, dirty, smelled like sewage, super loud hall, and there were hundreds of pigeons living right outside the window constantly making noise. The room after was much better but still left a bad taste in my mouth. The nice things I have to say are that one of the managers is super friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast is decent. However, there are much nicer options in Thamel.

There were a few positives though: free breakfast (which was pretty good), a really friendly and helpful manager, and convenient location in Thamel. Honestly would look elsewhere - there are better places to stay in Thamel.

Heel Vriendelijk personeel. Kamer is goed maar ziet er nu wel minder goed uit als op de foto’s evenals het kleine zwembad. Wifi was zwak. Ontbijtbuffet was lekker

All the positives are the lovely fresh cooked breakfast, swimming pool on roof, super friendly and helpful staff. The manager went out of his way to help us book trips and tickets and of course I am aware that he takes a cut. Location good just on the edge of north Tamel. Internet a bit sketchy. No complaints from me!

Location off the road. my room was full,of smoking residue.Indian nonsmoker travel should think twice for opting this hotel . what will ever be always in my memoray,for drop to airport 1994 model Maruti 800 was provided having nothing to give feel good factor.Factualy this should not be in use. Restaurant services worth appreciating providing healthy food.

L'accueil est chaleureux et agréable. La situation de l'hôtel dans Thamel est très pratique et cependant très calme. Vue magnifique sur la ville depuis le toit terrasse. Ne pas hésiter à dîner le soir à l'hôtel si l'on est trop fatigué pour ressortir : la cuisine est très bonne. Je retournerai dans cet hôtel lors d'un prochain séjour.

Die Unterkunft liegt relativ ruhig am Rand von Thamel. Leider wird im Moment rundherum sehr viel gebaut, so dass es ab ca. 7Uhr lauter werden kann. Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu und man hat von der Dachterasse einen schönen Ausblick. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist okay. Leider hatten wir abends immer nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen, nur morgens war es mal lauwarm. Shoppingmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel after my long hike. The rooms are super comfortable and everything is brand new. The staff is super super friendly. Reama went out her way to help me out with a few things. The swimming pool on the rooftop is a huge plus. Great breakfast too.

They don’t have a cancellation policy. This sucks as I had an emergency and couldn’t fly. The Expedia customer service and the hotel customer service had no compassion.

Very good location just a few minutes walk into Thamel, with all the shops and cafes etc. 25 minute walk down to Durbar Square which is an experience in itself. The small hotel but offers all you need. It is fairly new and has a nice terrace and restaurant bar downstairs. Reception is very friendly and keen to see you are happy. A lift services several floors. The bedrooms are very nice. The best of all is the roof top terrace with a small swimming pool and wonderful all round views including Monkey Temple hill.

Staff very excellent and very helpful. Although swimming pool is small it made for a lovely end to the day watching the sun set over the mountains and the city before enjoying a beer on the roof. A great experience. Good location, quiet but very close the center of Thamel. Short stay as only passing through but would definitely return.

Highly recommend! Amazing staff. Great continental breakfast - so many choices! Nice rooms. Good location. Only qualm is wifi is not very strong in the rooms. Other than that I would definitely stay again!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal und in super Lage. Einzig unser Zimmer war nach außen hin recht hellhörig.

The property, rooms and dining area are very clean. The services on behalf of everyone are exceptional. I arrived after 11pm and was promptly checked in. My room was clean and crisp. The bathroom was spotless. Kathmandu is a crazy place this hotel will give peace and quiet. The food was made to order with a variety to select from. The breakfast buffet is perfect. Thames shopping district is a 8-10 minute walk. Amrit will see to all your needs and his local knowledge is immensely helpful. Need a taxi no problem you can walk a short distance and find one or ask the hotel to summon one. Meenu, is your breakfast host providing excellent service with a most beautiful smile. There are many hotels to choose from so this one will be a sure bet.
