The property was super clean and spacy for a family for 1-2 children, however, entrance communication was horrible. The temperature control was not in the unit. We all got cold. It was close to the airport but the location was not good for any other activity. Do not recommend if you have a car. We got a ticket parking on the street per the host instruction although he paid it, and it happened only one night. The pictures are misleading as there was no kitchen or oven in the unit we reserved.

PROS: Big space for family. Convenient location to area such as grocery, restaurant, Pharmacy, medical clinic, Highway, airport. Clean and well maintain. Rooftop and balcony Smart tv Large window/ door for good view and lighting Kitchen and laundry. Host is just a call or text away- easy to communicate and helpful. CONS: Large window without full cover/curtain esp in the masters bathroom OTHERS: (Issue during stay) 1). Hot water kettle is not working Solved- Host replaced the kettle right away 2). Master bath stand on Shower (loose) slip on diverter spout is malfunctioning Doable- Concern has been taken care by the host by sending someone to adjust or fix the diverter to able to switch the water on the shower head. It worked well then after using it for 2x, the pressure makes it harder for the loose diverter to switch the water back up to shower head again. Solution: We are using one bathroom for everyone Conclusion: It will affect your schedule and timing when only using one bathroom in a 4 bedroom house. It didn't bother us as we are always away to explore the town.

Close to grocery

If you'll have a car and can negotiate parking downtown, this is a great place to stay when flying into Toronto. Plenty of space for the group. No carpets and lots of windows with limited curtains - which may or may not be your style. (My sister complained about it but everyone else was good). Great communication both before and during the stay.

Very good location , and easy to the 427. Not able to lock the apartment. Needs to be properly cleaned, best suited for out of town workers.

My stay waas quite amazing with best in class customer service, a sparklling accomadation and a professional management. Location is good. I give this place a 5 Star rating.

Would NOT recommend. Advertised as one bedroom apartment, but its a basement suite. Its very loud with people above also there. You don’t have a key to lock your door when you leave. Don’t have access to adjust the heating/cooling. No privacy as you enter the main entry door which the upstairs also accesses.
