Every thing very good, bit confused with check in.

The sink is in the bedroom (not bathroom)where you wash your hands after toileting. Also same sink to use to brush teeth or use for washing dishes up in. The bond of $150 was debited from bank - not just a hold on funds. No one at reception. Manned else where. Smokers sitting outside - between our door / their door and smoking smells coming inside our unit. Lady outside nearby sitting outside and also smoking and playing loud music. Unit was nice and clean. Bedding was clean and fresh. Flooring was freshly done and looked amazing. A few changes could make this a lovely place to return to. (Sink in bathroom, smokers to go to smokers area, keep bank details on hand - don’t debit the actual acc unless damage is caused).

Ulladulla Motel is within 5 minutes walk from the Town centre, it’s right opposite the small harbour and there are a few beaches nearby, we went to Mollymook beach which was a very short drive from the motel. The Motel itself is a lovely place to stay, it’s spotlessly clean in fact it all looks recently decorated, there’s a nice sized shower and there is a microwave, kettle cups and mugs, plates and bowls + cutlery. The motel has no reception but all you need to do is call a number you get with your confirmation the lady will then give you a PIN number which you enter on the automated machine which is on the right side as you enter the courtyard this will issue a key card, swipe the card and push the door, that simple. We will definitely be staying there next time we visit Australia.

Great clean place close to Mollymoock and some good restaurants in Ulladulla. Only down side is check in, as you need to be able to call an Australian number for a code. Modern, updated room with comfortable bed. Perfect for a quick stop.

Room number 1 right alongside the main road. Heavy traffic, trucks and cars kept us awake for most of the night.

There was no-one at Checkin. Had to call 2 numbers to get to speak with anyone. Then when they gave a code for the key access, the keypad was very sticky and hard to use. Parking spot for the room was overgrown with weeds and bushes. Never saw any staff there at any time. Would not recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Ulladulla! It was an easy independent check in process and the location was quiet and safe with a very clean and newly renovated property.

DO NOT STAY HERE. No staff on-site. Online booking only. The room was tiny. There was a queen bed and a single crammed into it. The queen bed had only one bedside table (shared with the single because there was no room on the other side. And the pillow-top mattress on the queen was uncomfortably soft. There were two chairs but no table. Nowhere to put anything. The room was cold and the air con did not work on the heat setting. There was no basin in the bathroom! You had to wash your hands at the basin in the main area. No face washers provided. We had booked and paid for two nights but left after one because we couldn't face another night there.

Would stay there again.
