街中の大通りに面しているため、夜でもやや騒がしく寝づらいと感じたものの、ホテル自体はスタッフさんの対応も丁寧で部屋の設備も充実(洗濯機完備！)しており満足でした。

Great location to get around anywhere I. City, the room was spacious and good range of choices for breakfast. Only down point was that the wifi was very weak, couldn’t use it most of the time. Also the tv mirroring didnt work either.

部屋には洗濯機もあり、長逗留には便利ですがタオルの交換や清掃がきちんとされなかった。また、エレベーターが2台の内、1台しか動かず移動に時間がかかった。ここはホテルではなく、簡易アパートと理解すれば納得。

スタッフの方は皆親切で、何か聞きたいことがあれば、WhatsAppでききます。 部屋や食事をするところは綺麗でしたが、2台あるうちのエレベーターの1台が壊れていたことから、大渋滞でした。 最上階のBarが遅くまで賑やかなこと、バーのお客さんとエレベーターで一緒になり、やかましく子連れにはちょっと気になりまささた。 部屋は広く清潔で洗濯機もあり大変助かりました。物干しはありません。シャワーが少し難しかったです。

立地から利便性も高かった

街のど真ん中でほとんどの主要なところが徒歩圏。部屋も広くて、キッチン付いてるので長期滞在にも使えます。屋上バーからの景色も素晴らしい。エレベーターが少なく待たされる、廊下が人感センサーでつくタイプで始め真っ暗な点がややマイナス。それ以外はスタッフ皆さんの対応も感じが良くて素晴らしい

ロケーション、スタッフとも最高

非常に便利なロケーションだが、静か。清潔で、スタッフも感じよかった。ウェルカムドリンクが提供される最上階レストランもおすすめです。

総じて良かった。タオル、シャンプーなどもあった。キッチンペーパーなどはなかった。物干しもないので注意。

Great service, the boys in the front desk are amazing, and the restaurant personnel are also very accommodating Spain in general was a an excellent experience, beautiful people

O hotel é ótimo e super bem localizado . O quarto é limpo e o café da manhã é maravilhoso . Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos . O único ponto negativo ao meu ver foi o chuveiro , que é de difícil manipulação .

Clean room

Great Location, rooms were clean and the 2 bathrooms were great for a family of 5. The downside was the air-conditioning not working, they sent to fix twice but it did not work at all for our stay. Also the washer/dryer combo in not great.

We LOVED the property and Staff! It was exactly as presented online but even more spacious than we expected. We are a family of 3 and had plenty of room! It was a little noisy being on the Main Street but we loved the location and being in the heart of Madrid so close to everything! We would highly recommend. As much as we loved everything, the Staff really stands out and made our time super special! The rooftop breakfast and bar is super cool too!

Me encantaron sus instalaciones, su ubicación. El desayuno muy completo y rico y la terraza y bar excelente. Con una vista inigualable

Todo muy bien en cuanto a personal, atención el desayuno y las dudas que teníamos . Nuestro cuarto en segundo piso frente a la calle muy ruidoso y no pudieron darnos tapones para los oídos.

Parece que falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones de departamento, se ve maltratado

Los trabajadores del hotel fueron muy amables
