何よりスタッフの感じがいい！！　それに、部屋もきれいで快適でした。コンチネンタルブレックファストは、期待よりも少なかったですが、部屋に届けてくれるというのも、部屋でゆっくり食べられるのでアリだと思いました。

Very well situated

While the free breakfast was ok the service at the restaurant was extremely slow and they thought the breakfast was only for 1 room when it was actually for both as stated in the reservation. I didn’t get a room upgrade either, in fact I was given the smallest room on the whole floor. Finally, forcing guests to pay the full fee for the room at check in is insane. My colleagues card needed to be filled because she did not have available credit and the front desk staff was quite rude about it, to the point where she was chased by a staff member demanding payment. We were treating like fleeing criminals. The valet staff were nice but unfortunately they are never at their post. We had to wait on three occasions for someone to come to the front. All in all, I don’t think I’ll be back at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was unbeatable, and the atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and chic. We truly loved every aspect of our visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Wonderful as Always

The hotel locates in the middle of old city. It’s very convenient to walk to various sites. The room is large with a small kitchennet. The breakfast is very good. Valet parking costs $25 which is very reasonable for such a city. I would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay if you have a dog with you!

Truly a memorable stay at this unique hotel that was very modern, chic, and clean! I was very grateful for the staff's hospitality at the front desk, at the bar/breakfast areas and the cleaning staff. Our stay included the continental breakfast and it was not at all what I expected because it was actually good and we would have eaten there everyday had it not been for the short stay and we wanted to take advantage of all the great restaurants this beautiful city has to offer. Our rooms were wonderfully equipped with more than what I could have asked for. Water bottles everyday and even a small kitchenette that we actually never thought we would use but we did! Reheating some left over pizza. Overall, very satisifed and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to this magical city.

Awesome property. I’m difficult to impress. This place and the staff- front desk, restaurant, bar-AWESOME. Beautiful place- will go again.

This was a great property to stay at to see all the sights in Quebec. Everything was in walking distance. Uber access was also very prompt when we had to use it for rainy days. The accommodations were very roomy and nicely designed. The toiletries were also very nice. Everyone was unfailingly polite resulting in a very pleasant stay.

The property is in an excellent location, close to restaurants, shops, and historical sites. The rooms are spacious and beds are extremely comfortable. Everyone is very nice and it is such fun to look for the Bijoux. This is our second time staying at the hotel and when visiting Quebec city I would never think of going anywhere else
