なんと言っても立地が良いです、建物が古いのでメンテナンスが難しいのでしょう、コンセントの数が少なく充電物が多い人は海外対応のテーブルタップがあれば良いと思います、ドライヤーが古く風量がないので 時間が掛かるのと水栓が混合式なのでコツが入ります、これらがあるにもかかわず次回もこちらを選ぶと思います、安くて立地が良い、親切です♡ ワインを買ってきたのだけどと言ったらグラスを貸してくれて開けてくれました^ ^

デラックスルーム予約しましたがテラスルームで快適で凄く良かったです。 ただ古いホテルなので洗面所のカビや床のきしみがなければ最高でした。

立地がよく大変便利でした。またサービススタッフも笑顔で親切でした。

とにかくロケーションが最高。トラムのカンコンス駅が目の前。ホテルの部屋からボルドー駅まで15分で着いてしまう。とても楽でした。 観光名所も徒歩圏内。レストランもたくさんありました。 ぜひ、また泊まりたいと思います。

市街中心のトラム駅目の前でとても便利な場所です 大きなトランクでも大丈夫です、海外はホテルが暗い事が多いのですがここは明るくて好きです 部屋も綺麗で設備も整っています。なによりスタッフの心からのおもてなしが最高でした！

最初の部屋のバスタブの排水が悪かったため直ぐ部屋を交換してくれた

ホテルは快適でホテルの人も非常に親切でした。立地も最高でトラムの駅もすぐ前です。サンテミリオンに1泊しましたが、その間、よろこんでスーツケースを1日預かってくれました。

一点室内のコンセントの数が少ない

We stayed for one night. We were very pleased with the staff at the reception desk who were very helpful. This hotel was very nice and location is great!!

The hotel was on the periphery of the old town centre and was within easy walking distance of the hotel. the tram hub was just across the road which means the entire surrounding area is easily accessible. We stayed here in 2023 for RWC France and returned this year for the Bordeaux Sevens. We hope to return next year. The room we had was well appointed and maintained and the breakfast was very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful and if there was a question they could not answer then the Tourist Office is directly across the road. We'll definitely go back.

Much smaller Hotel than I was expecting from the photos but perfect location and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay and the hotel staff truly made the experience exceptional. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.

Excellent location. Some noise at night from square, but nothing that would deter me from staying there

Extra large room (comfort double), very well maintained for its age, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location. Only downside would be the noise from the tram line nearby but they don’t seem to operate late in the night or too early in the morning.
