Room was very clean and host accommodated an early check in for us, which was appreciated. Room was spacious and well situated, despite being a bit difficult to find initially! Bed was comfortable and room was quiet despite the central location.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and accommodating. It is on the second floor, so 3 flights of stairs, no elevator. Beware the “all off” light switch as it turns off the mini fridge! Had to ask for housekeeping despite being listed as amenity but was adequate when completed. The location is within minutes of Upper & Lower town, the J Jelacica square and tour meeting points at the Meterological Clock. Highly recommend ear plugs for sleeping because the trams run constantly and loudly, shaking the building at times.

Great location but the property needs some updated furniture. We booked this property as it had 2 pullout beds but one couch bed was so broken you couldn’t even sit on it and the other was in quite poor condition and stained. We didn’t have enough bedding or towels for 4 people even though we booked it for 4 and had to ask for more bedding. The doors were all really squeaky and the apartment was just minimally set up.

Very good location - close to many dining options, shopping and things to do and see. Grocery store nearby. Contact person answered the phone. Ad said there was aiport transportation available but that turned out not to be the case with us. Place was comfortable enoigh for our stay, but we were 5 people and there werent enough coffee cups for us all - which would have been nice.

Great stay with a great location! Even though there is no front desk (as I had assumed!), by calling and messaging in the Hotels.com app, I was able to be let in within about 15-30 minutes, and our place was ready. It worked out well and was nearby nice stores and a good restaurant. Easily walkable area.

A bit hard to find the entrance, but once in, it was na amazing and central place to stay in Zagreb

Good but noisy due to tram close to it

Helt supert! Både pris,beliggenhet, selve leilighetene og betjening/kontaktperson. Vi hadde sen avreise videre på turen, men vi fikk ha bagasjen i bygget mens vi fikk med oss siste opplevelsene av Zagreb. Det eneste man må være oppmerksom på er om man har leiebil, siden det ikke er parkering helt inntil bygget, og det var litt kronglete å finne frem. Maks 10 min. gange.

Location is excellent. Each room is well appointed with couches, chairs, dining table, etc. Great service as well.
