this place is not a pet friendly for animal service elevators felt dangerous not safe. The place felt like a motel when you’re going in there the room was decent plane but clean. We had hard time finding the hotel. The staff was not able to give directions.

Excellent view! Great heated pool and sauna area. Nice little dining area. Great staff. Reasonable driving distances to excellent local attractions like Mt. Tremblant Village.

My fault for not realizing this hotel was not at the mountain itself. And bus directions to the mountain from reception were very bad in that there was a bus stop outside hotel but that bus went all around before going to mountain. If he had told us to walk a block or two into village it would have been a much quicker journey. Info on Expedia site for location should point out this hotel is not at the mountain resort itself.

Everything was excellent except they said we could get dinner until nine pm and when we got down to order and take it to our room at around 8 pm it was a different menu and the food was not very good.

The pool and sauna were definitely the highlight of the hotel.

The hotel itself was nice, it’s not as spacious and luxurious as the pictures portray, however, still a nicer hotel than a typical chain. Most staff were pleasant and knew English. However, we had an initial bad impression from the first person we spoke with who caused an issue with our reservation and did not provide any explanation or any help to solve it, leaving us stranded for a few hours in the rain. We weren’t offered any accommodations so it made our initial impression poor, however, the remainder of the stay was pleasant.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour une nuit et avons reçu autant un beau service à l’accueil, qu’une chambre confortable et spacieuse, moderne, dans un bel hôtel, idéalement situé. De manière générale, très satisfait malgré 2-3 points négatifs dans la chambre quant à la propreté et le fonctionnement des installations, que nous avons reporté à l’accueil à notre départ.

C'est bien comme hôtel et les employés sont gentils. La seule chose est pour l'ascenseur qui est disons obsolète.
