Great value for amenities, location and overall experience

For the price of the room we were expecting higher quality. The room was clean and well-appointed. We found the bed quality was not excellent. The couch/extra bed was a welcome amenity. The shower was good with hot water and great pressure. We used the hot tub however found that it was not hot enough. It was huge and there were a number of guests enjoying when we were there.

Le personnel, la chambre est toujours propre, c'est tranquille même si il y a beaucoup de monde. C'est notre arrêt après 7 heures de route pour la troisième fois. On est bien et après toute cette route le spa est vraiment apprécié!😊

L’ascenseur faisait beaucoup de bruits

Chambre très belle. Salle de bain très propre. Les déjeuners étaient excellents. Facile d'accès et près du centre-ville de St-Jovite et Mont-Tremblant.

Décevant pas de ménage fait le vendredi matin, près de la piscine 4 places à l’ombre donc après midi samedi passé dans le bar pour un apéro. Bruit des manèges après 9 heures. Bon restaurant à St-Jovite

Everything was good, the ambience was nice. The staff were polite and courteous. Only suggestion would be using better toiletries.

Très bien , sauf l’insonorisation

La localisation de cet hôtel est excellente et près de toutes les commodités et de la ville de Saint-Jovite. Le prix est toutefois un peu excessif pour ce qu'il y a (micro gym, piscine standard, pas de déjeuner. C'est quand même un ancien Confort Inn. Le déjeuner pourrait être offert sinon Il y a un resto en bas et ça ajoute une dépense à la nuitée.Dans un contexte hors-Tremblant ça ne serait pas au delà de 200 $ la nuit.
