Mark is nice person. All staff are also quite friendly.

Good staffs

The hotel was clean and welcoming and the husband and wife team were friendly. It's in a lovely location and within 5 minutes we were deep in Anagach Wood which is a dog walker's paradise! The longest loop is about 2.5 hours but plenty of shorter options. The food and drink at the hotel were also a highlight - compliments to the chef!!

We absolutely loved staying at the Speyside Hotel. Mark and Lucy made us feel so welcome and they were so accommodating, especially with our one year old. Would absolutely stay here again!

Breakfast cooked to perfection

We booked in at the last minute due to our previous accomodation not having any power. Room, restaurant, bar , staff and food were all fantastic.

A Highland Gem !! My wife and I recently stayed at the Speyside Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We had a minor hiccup at check-in, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect after a day exploring the Highlands. Free parking was a welcome convenience. The food was consistently excellent, and the service throughout the hotel was warm and attentive. One of the highlights was the Malt Whisky flight in the bar, a real treat and a great way to sample the region’s finest. If you're looking for a charming base with great food, good service, and a touch of Speyside hospitality, this hotel is a fantastic choice

Dated, facilities old and broken, hard uncomfortable bed, room located above noisy kitchen fan which also kicked out grease smell..no blinds up at bathroom window.

Very nice place and people running it. We had a spacious and spotless room on the topfloor. We had dinner at the hotel, fish & chips, some chicken and a tasty chantarelle sandwich, all very tasty. We can also recommend the desserts. The village was small, sleepy but nice to stroll around. Some pubs and restaurants, we didn’t try them. A Coop and some small nice shops, we visited a fishing-shop at High street with a service-minded owner. There is a museum but we didn’t visit it.
