2人で三日間滞在しました、広くて使いやすかったのですが、洗濯機の排水が詰まって水浸しになったのがひとつ残念でした。なかなか乾かなかった。 その他は満足です、最終日はキッチン使用してディナーを取り楽しい滞在でした。

今回9泊滞在しリクエストにも答えていただき、 本当に素晴らしい眺めのお部屋でした。 少し残念だったのは楽しみにしていたプールとバルコニーでゆっくりする事。部屋とプールの向きがお昼を過ぎると影になり風が強くて冷たいので寒くてあまり居れなかった事がとても残念。 キッチンコンロとオーブンの使い方が全くわからなかったので、使い方の絵や説明があると更に良かったと思いました。 でもまた宿泊したいです。 ありがとうございました。

We have mixed views on our stay. Although the facilities are nice our room was not in a good position in the building. The kitchen was also not well equipped - Cracked dessert bowls, chipped coffee cups, no bbq tongs, no vegetable knife, & no kitchen scissors. The pool area did not get any sun after 1pm and unfortunately was closed for 2 days of our stay which we were not advised about (it’s not that hard to put this on the website and advise potential guests of maintenance). Our partial ocean view room was looking into another building and our deck had very little sun. The receptionist was less than welcoming especially when we mentioned the very noisy air conditioning unit in the apartment bedroom. We travel regularly and feel that this is one place we perhaps would not return too. Maybe if we had a better room with a more desirable outlook that was better positioned for the sun, we would reconsider.

We recently stayed at The Qube for a week and overall had a great experience. The sea view from our apartment was absolutely amazing, and the location couldn’t have been better — close to the supermarket, tram stop, and everything we needed. The kids loved the pool, which was a big plus for us. A few things could definitely be improved though. It would be great if the apartment came with a few more basic amenities like toilet paper, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, and usable pots and pans — ours were quite scratched. When you’re staying for a week, those little touches make a big difference. The lifts were also quite slow, and the front desk staff did the bare minimum — they weren’t rude, but they didn’t go out of their way to help either. All in all, a good stay with a fantastic view and location, but a few simple improvements would make it an excellent experience.

Disappointing stay despite great facilities We stayed at Qube Hotel Broadbeach for six nights and, unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by how unfriendly the residents and some staff were. It seems this property is shared with long-term residents who clearly resent tourists — we were met with glares, rude comments, and even got yelled at for parking in a spot we were told was fine to use. The front desk staff weren’t much better — unhelpful and dismissive throughout our stay. It’s a real shame because the facilities themselves are excellent. The pool, courtyard, and sauna areas are well maintained, the gym is spotless and fully equipped, and the apartment was clean with a great kitchen and laundry setup. Overall, the amenities are fantastic, but the atmosphere created by the residents and staff made it a very unpleasant experience. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Location, Clewn & Tidy, off street parking Didnt like that the pool was closed for the day & this was not told to us when we booked or even when we checked in. We only found out when we all turned up to the pool in our togs.

Beautiful view, very clean and friendly ataff

Second time here, first place we look for when staying in Broadbeach. Great when we bring the kids or come away as a couple due to location and restaurants all in walking distance.

Great location - very walkable with so much nearby (beach, lots of restaurants, shops. And right next to transport Nice and clean Family friendly

Great stay. Spacious, short walk to shops and beach, tram at doorstep, ocean view and could see whales in the mornings, clothes rack and washing basket very helpful. Major downsides were the 5.30am garbage trucks - which woke us up every morning - and the extremely slow lifts, sometimes waiting 10 minutes to get to pool or to ground. And it would be helpful to provide some additional dish soap and washing powder as these are thing you can't really purchase in small quantities and is then wasteful if you have to buy then throw out at end of stay.

The location was amazing and we used the G tram everyday. It was so easy to get around. The restaurant strip on the next corner was also great. The apartment was mostly clean but could do with a good dusting under the glass tabletop and the tv units. Otherwise our stay was great and we will be back.

Staff were welcoming and attentive firstly, easy check in etc. Room was on the higher floors - so great views across GC, had all the usual amenities inside, was modern, clean a short stroll to any number of restaurants and especially dessert shops (Yo-Chi and Gelatissimo!). Not a brilliant coffee shop culture in the vicinity but the coffee shop under building was OK. Swimming pool was good - but only got morning sun - midday/afternoon it was in shade which is a shame! Kids loved the ping pong table! All in all - pretty good place. Had a great time.

Perfect for families. Clean, safe, comfortable and apartments look nice. Views are nice. Easy to walk to shops, beaches & restaurants. Customer service is good. Pool & spa is good, open till 10pm. Big outdoor area. Kitchen is well maintained. Happy with our stay.

Great unit in a fantastic location. Staff were friendly and unit was well equipped. Walking distance to everything and the tram stops out the front too! Highly recommend

The shower head was small and unenjoyable. The amenities were limited. Only one flat sheet was on the bed. Car parking was ambiguous. We received text messages that were not relevant to our stay. It took some time to get a lift as one was shut off to allow for people moving into one of the apartments. The back of the remote was missing which made staying with an 11 month old a bit nerve wracking. It was clean and tidy. The view was great and the proximity to the tram and restaurants was great.
