The property was clean, modern, and cozy with excellent customer service.

The only negative is there was an event one of our nights that went till midnight. It was very loud and hard to sleep. The breakfast was excellent and the service was excellent!

The room was really nice and checkin went quick and smoothly, but the attendance of the personnel was horrible. As hotel guests, we have not been allowed to sit outside without ordering food and staff inside has been unwelcoming. We do not know if this was the case because of language barriers (most did not speak English), because we did not order food or it is just common to provide worse service than in any other country or hotel where we have ever been - and we are coming from a country, which indeed has the reputation of "bad service" (Germany).

This hotel is excellent. The location is not that close to the main attraction but it’s still within walking distance. It has a restaurant on site and the food was pretty good. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was impeccable. Our room was very clean and comfortable and we would definitely book this place again.

Walking distance to bus and train options. Also many dining options close by.

This is a beautiful property, and the staff are both friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and the breakfast is definitely worth it with plenty of variety each morning. The walk to the city centre is something to consider, but one nice perk is that the hotel is close to the river, which makes for a lovely atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient — close to everything and easy to get around. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious! One important note: the hotel is located just outside the Aurelian Walls, so the fixed-rate taxi fares from the airport don’t apply. Be prepared for the meter to run or arrange transportation in advance. Other than that, everything was perfect — I’d definitely stay here again!

Friendly, clean hotel near Piazza del Popolo.

We really like the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast has very good variety of food and drink. The location is close to quite a few restaurants. We have accessible needs and we were given rooms next to the lift, which is good. But one of the rooms has steps in the room which was not easy for one of the guests. The shower is also a bit slippery. In terms of eco-friendliness, we have a suggestion: allow guests to keep some towels (and not replaced). For example, if towels are left on the floor, they are to be replaced, and otherwise, the guests can reuse the towels not on the floor.

Albergo Etico Roma was located in the heart of Rome. Middle point to all touristic destinations. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff were beyond helpful and friendly. I recommend!
