部屋は想像通りの清潔さと広さで、期待していた浴室も良かったです。もっとゆっくり滞在したかったと思える環境でした。モントリオールにまた行く機会があれば次もこのホテルを選びますし、友人にもオススメできます。 朝食は基本的に毎日同じメニューでしたがおいしく、コーヒーもスタッフが淹れたてを用意してくださるので有難かったです。 立地に関しても駅や便利なバス停も近く、どこに行くにも最適でした。また、すぐ近くに簡易なスーパーもありレストランも多くあったので周辺で楽しむことも可能でした。 治安に関してはあまり他所との差はわかりませんでした。 総じて、観光などで移動が多い方には強くこちらのホテルをオススメいたします。

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The room was not clean, with visible stains on the carpets, walls, and curtains, and every surface was covered in dust. The photos online did not accurately reflect the condition of the property. Due to the cleanliness concerns, we chose not to stay overnight. We requested a refund, but the owner was unwilling to accommodate our concerns. Overall, the property was not as advertised, and we would not recommend it based on our experience.

Très bien situé. Personnel adorable

The stay was good overall, and this was my second time staying here. I come to Montréal for work about three times a year, and I would love to keep staying at this hotel. That said, the bed was terrible. It felt like sleeping on the floor, and it really affected the comfort of the stay. Everything else was great — the location, service, and overall experience — but the mattress needs to be improved. I would happily return, but only if the beds are changed or upgraded.

Beautiful hotel, very well situated. Great breakfast and staff they were very friendly and professional. The room was beautiful and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great team and space

Service was the thing that stood out the most. The staff was incredible, kind and professional. Shoutout to Christian, Denzel and the morning gentleman (did not get his name but very tall). Location was good. The buffet breakfast was good. Chocolates and a personalized card on the bed. They even let us leave our bags with them after checkout because we were not leaving Montreal until much later in the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Huge room, bathroom was also large, but wish it had more counter space in the washroom.

Simply put, a beautiful gem of a space. The associated fitness facility is top tier as well. Of particular note, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very helpful and personable. Wonderful buffet breakfast with lots of options. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Will definitely stay here again.

Great lattes in the morning. Super comfortable bed. Fantastic shower. And the use of the Espace Thomas Spa was a nice plus...great sauna, steam room and outdoor hot tubs.

We had a great time on our four-night stay at the Hotel St. Thomas. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and spacious, with great bedding and strong air conditioning. The hotel was extremely quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The gym (off-site) is more than adequate. There is not a ton going on in the immediate neighborhood, but with a 10-15 minute walk there is tons to do (including some of the great restaurants we ate at). Plus, it's close to a metro station (and Ubers in Montreal are very cheap and plentiful). I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.
