The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff was very kind and helpful even with tens of questions we asked, they answered all of them with patience and tried to help with everything. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good and everything was fresh. Room was right size.

This is an excellent choice for Venice. The staff is excellent.. there is nothing they won’t do for you to meet your needs. I wanted an escort to assist with my photography for two evenings and they found the best guides for me. Breakfast was excellent. Can’t recommend enough!

Excellent hôtel dans le centre de Venise, très propre chambre comfortables, le plus est le personnel très attentifs et l’ensemble des services et excursions organisées directement par l’hôtel (visite en petit bateau taxi de la ville, transfert vers Murano et visite des ateliers de verreries etc) nous choisirons à nouveau cet hôtel si nous revenons sur Venise.

I received a strange change on my credit card for over $200 after paying in full. I do not like if. Location was good. Bathroom was liking. Heir drier was broken. Their restaurant was expensive and no good.

Nice place, romantic atmosphere, exellent location. Friendly staff. Watertaxi to Murano island and glassblowing show free for guests. Very satisfied.

Lovely hotel with decent breakfast, the only thing is you have to pay for coffee and tea in your room!

Great Hotel only thing the lights were beautiful but too bright for me I suffer from migraines and maybe having a small lamp on the room will have been great

Perfectly located, the Palazzo San Lorenzo is a small (about 20 rooms) and calm hotel in one of the most vibrating parts of Venice. It is managed by a local group which has 3 or 4 more hotels in Venice which gives the best of the two worlds since you don't have that "standart" feeling of the big chains and in the same time you can see that they have invested a lot of money in the hotel which wouldn't be possible if it was independant. What you're getting is a very friendly and helpfull staff and fantastic interiors built with quality materials and a lot of taste. It's definitely a great place to stay in Venice!

Beautiful hotel. Rooms where spacious, well furnished and comfortable. Great breakfast and location. Staff had ready our breakfast lunchbox, since we had to check-out so early to get to the airport. All in all, great experience.

Really wonderful property near all the sites. Easy access to boat taxi or boat bus. Condition of the rooms was very clean and well maintained. Staff friendly.
