Good stay with good food!

The hotel is really beautiful and new. Our view of the bay was amazing beautiful to look at. It rained so we didn’t get to use the pool but the restaurants and bars in the hotel serve great food!

To start, they gave me a lower category room, I pay for a king extended room and the gave me a standard king room. On top of that, the second day my room was locked and can’t get inside, they switched rooms on us but nothing was offered for the inconvenience. Food was just ok and service need lot of improvement. For the price you definitely should get much better customer service.

Beautiful hotel food is very good . Pool area is beautiful but not enough lounges. It also needs a better conscience store to buy snacks , toiletries and drinks .

Second time being charged incorrectly for parking!

The room was very dusty, did not seem to be too clean. Slight funky odor. The pillows are as flat as a piece of paper.

Beautiful place, great staff, nice rooftop views! Drinks and restaurant was expensive but your paying for the atmosphere.

Gorgeous hotel! Amazing and friendly staff from valet to front desk. Stunning view from our room of the bay. We didn’t get to use the pool or outdoor areas because it was unseasonably cold, but they were beautiful too. Rooms are clean and the bed was very comfortable.
