綺麗で清潔、フロントのスタッフに優しさがある点がいい。 一方で、朝食は美味しいがスタッフの印象が良くなかった。完全なビュッフェではなく、一部をオーダーする必要があるが、何とも面倒くさそうである。 場所的にはテルミニ駅から2km、バチカン市国からも2kmと、近いけど歩くには遠いと感じた。 また、なぜか部屋にゴミ箱がない。

Interior was amazing and each furnitures were pretty. Clean enough inside the room and amenities were great. Will come back again for sure when I visit Rome. Location is also nice, you can walk around Pantheon, Navona and Colosseum. Famous cafe bars are near around too.

Perfetto! Det bästa hotell vi har upplevt på många år (vi tillbringar ca 30 nätter per år i hotell över hela Europa). Charmigt, rymligt och rent rum med fin utsikt över små gamla hus med antika tak. Mycket trevlig personal som gav oss gåvor som vinflaska mm Mycket bra frukost buffe med generösa öppettider. Strategiskt bra läge med promenadavstånd till stora sevärdheter som Colosseum, Vatikanen mm. 10 minuter promenadavstånd till det stora och mysiga restaurangområdet i Trastevere. Vi bodde där i januari och priset var mycket bra.

I really wanted to give Chapter Roma a great review because the hotel itself is very cool, but we had some major issues that made our 5-night stay really stressful. First, the room we were given looked nothing like the photos on Expedia or the website. It was significantly smaller and felt like a bait-and-switch for the price we paid. On top of that, the shower rod fell on us the first day, and the bathroom flooded every single time we showered for the entire trip. Even after they "fixed" it twice, the water kept going everywhere. The worst part, though, was our checkout. The hotel called a taxi for us to the airport, and the driver tried to scam us. He demanded €65 instead of the legal €55 flat rate and actually refused to let us out of the car until we paid the higher amount. It was honestly a scary situation to be held in a vehicle like that. While the management has been very apologetic via email and is investigating the driver, the combination of the room misrepresentation and the safety issue with the taxi made this a really disappointing experience.

The staff was excellent, food in the bar and breakfast was great. Would recommend.

Hotel charmoso, moderno, equipe super atenciosa, café da manhã gostoso e com variedade. O quarto estava Ok, só pena termos ficado em frente ao elevador. Ponto negativo é um cheiro de retorno do banheiro. Todos os dias tentavam resolver, mas não conseguiram.

Staff very professional & courtious.

The staff was above and beyond amazing. They really made the hotel a wonderful place to stay. Every single person that worked there was kind helpful and hospitable. We were completely spoiled. And appreciate all of them. The rooms were very nice. We were happy. There was some noise in the alley at night, but it didn’t bother us. We would stay here again.

The staff is fantastic. They are very professional and made reservations for dinner for us. The restaurant in the hotel was great. The bar was fun and some nice drinks. Room was large and clean. Prefect place to stay in Rome.

Everything was very good : location, very clean and organized hotel. The hotel staff is amazing everywhere : the reception, the team from the breakfast area, breakfast was amazing. Definitely a good spot location in Rome
