Tolles Hotel! Sehr sauber und, das Personal durchweg freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Das, Highlight war das sehr saubere Zimmer "Neptuno" mit großer privater Terrasse. Parken in der Tiefgarage kam 18€/Nacht und zu Silvester gab es eine Flasche Sekt zum Anstoßen. Wenn wir wieder auf Mallorca sind, dann auf jeden Fall in diesem Hotel...

Die Ausicht war herrlich. Das Zimmer mit dem schönen Balkon und der wunderbaren Aussicht war super. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Das Morgenessen war vielfältig, frisch. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ein Staubsauber wäre nützlicher als der Wischer. Eine WC-Bürste wäre wünschenswert.

Der Zimmer Service (House keeping) war schlecht, wir mussten fast täglich etwas reklamieren…(nicht sauber, fehlende Handtücher oder Tassen die nicht ausgewechselt wurden) Die Informationen an der Reception sind auch sehr knapp bis keine…deshalb schade! Die Aussicht ist Traumhaft und das Essen ist prima!

The room was on the reception floor(6), which made it easy in and out. The balcony had a westerly view and overlooked the pool, really nice but it warmed up during early evening times

Place was beautiful. Was a really long walk to our room. We had a sea view room. Pool view would have been much better.

We enjoyed our four night stay at Elba Sunset. The breakfast buffet was great. Hotel Location was good, views were amazing. Nice pool, spa look nice although we didn’t use it due to the extra charge. Jim was decent. It had a few pieces of equipment and treadmills. Was always full, I think they could use at least double or triple the size of the gym with more equipment. Parking on the street was limited, but we managed to find nearby for free on this street. The location is close enough to walk to the main streets of Palma nova. If I had any suggestion it would be to clean the hallways at least once a day they was always dust, debris and small ants (spray for bugs on the interior corridors and rooms at least once a month) . Even with all this I would definitely stay again as the views were really nice and the hotel is in a quiet area of town.

Fantastisk sted i enden av Magaluf sentrum. Fresh nytt hotell. Store gode rom og beste av alt er ute areal/pool området. Frokosten var også helt herlig. Eneste downside med hotellet er parkering. De har egen garasje, men hvis det blir fullt må du finne gateparkering som er helt umulig. Reserve parkeringen folkens!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer Balkon war sehr klein. Gemäss Foto von Hotel haben wir Liegestühle erwartet War aber nicht so

Hotel was lovely and clean, our room view was stunning and gym was good. Spa seemed lovely but we didn't get to use the facilities. Staff were really friendly. Drinks from the pool bar were really nice. Food and service generally in the hotel restaurants were not great.

Schönes Hotel mit super Frühstück und tollem Abendessen. Man findet immer etwas Neues und es gibt viel Fisch. Aber auch Entrcote, Spanferkel, Truthahn usw. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind schön groß und gut ausgestattet.lediglich das Parken ist teuer (18€ pro Tag!).…

Beautiful views, amazing staff, the whole hotel and pool area was spotlessly clean

Chose this hotel for the location and amazing views and it didn't dissspoint. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome, check-in was a breeze and staff on front desk were super efficient and competent which pretty much set the tone, a bad check-in experience sets the tone for the rest of the stay. Rooms were modern and bright we opted for a south facing balcony and glad we did as we got shelter from the cool wind (April) and sun pretty much all day till 5pm. Buffet had enough choice and there is always something on offer to suit appetite, a minor point and more a recommendation than a gripe was it would have been nice to have been offered complementary water at our table when seated, this would give staff an opportunity to interact and guests more would be more inclined to purchase wine, beer etc..that said, a nice dining experience all the same. They have a singer on Thursday to Saturday but opted to walk in to Palma Nova for a little more choice, which is only a 10 min walk. We didn't use the pool as it was early season and so water was a little cool for us. In summary, a lovely hotel and everything was as expected and more, we have already decided that we would like to go back again.

The general feel of the hotel was peaceful and the facilities very good. The spa and pool were amazing. Food plentiful and tasty and staff really efficient.

Wir wussten schon dass ist nicht der Saison ist dafür haben wir Auto gemietet. Ich muss sagen ein Zimmer sauber machen ist nicht nur das Bett . Boden und wc waren voll Staub . Ich habe gemerkt dass ist nur schnell schnell gemacht . Aussicht muss man auf jeden Fall Richtung See reservieren, sonst landet man Richtung Straße .
