鉄道駅から、キャリーケースを転がして５分、とても近い。スタッフは、親切で町の観光名所を地図で示して教えてくれました。朝食も、クロワッサンやフルーツなど、満足のいくものでした。部屋には冷蔵庫もあり、飲み物が冷やせます。ベッドの寝心地も良かったです。ただし、お茶やスープを飲みたかったので、電気ポットがないのが残念でした。

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Colón. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station. ​A special shoutout to Oscar (I think he was the manager), who went above and beyond for us. When other reception staff told us it wasn't possible to book a taxi and that Uber wasn't an option, Oscar stepped in and personally handled it for us. His attentiveness and problem-solving made a huge difference in our trip. Highly recommend!

Sinceramente a la Llegada muy amables y check in temprano Pero en la salida se pusieron muy intolerantes porque no dejaba el cuarto si. Late check out y dijeron que llamarían a la policía cuando se les dijo que no pasaba nada que cobraran una noche extra por la tardanza en fin quedé con muy mal sabor de boca Nunca en toda Mi historia me ha tocado a la puerta y decirme que llamarían a la policía por no hacer un check out a la 12:00 en punto sobretodo la forma me Sentí muy mal

Nice, modern and clean rooms with a great location directly next to the Campo Grande and the train station. Breakfast buffet selection was adequate for the price.

This is one of the best places I have stayed with an Expedia booking. The room and bath looked recently remodeling. It was spotless. The staff was attentive and professional. The common areas were in very good condition. It is walking distance to the Plaza Mayor and all historical sites and museums. There are two elevators. You do have to take steps down from entrance to arrive at the lobby level. There is a breakfast area downstairs and terrace dining outside. There is a fridge but no microwave. I recommend it.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo à estação de trem e em frente ao parque. O quarto era grande e reformado, com varanda e vista do parque. Bom café da manhã, com frutas e cafés feitos na hora. Achei a cama pequena, mas minha reserva era apenas para uma pessoa.

Be warned that the rooms are very warm, they don’t get below 76 degrees at night and they turn off automatically in the middle of the night. I found it uncomfortable and the fan did not make the warm air more manageable. The staff did not greet the guest warmly when returning to the hotel. But the cleaning team said hello in the halls.
