Nice facility

My room was excellent and the kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was provided for and I didn’t need anything.

The hotel is clean and very nice overall. However, the rooms are not soundproof, so you’re really at the mercy of whoever is staying next door. There’s a convention center next door, and during our stay, guests were arriving back around 2 a.m., banging around and making it hard to sleep. If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to keep that in mind

Perfect place great service and restaurant is more then adequate

Don’t pay the $30 to include breakfast. It’s not a buffet, you order one meal and one drink off a menu. Our total was $54.24 for 2 of us, and we ordered the most expensive meals available. Food was good and all, though not many options, but just don’t tack it onto your booking or you’ll lose money. Also after we left, my credit card randomly got charged $44.24 and I got an invoice saying it was for the breakfast, which wasn't even the correct amount, so I had to call and have them reverse it. Other than that it was good for a night, we had no issues. Would be nice if there was a fridge in the room and bottled water provided.

Easy to access. Clean, spacious and friendly staff.

We stay here when visiting family in Burlington, Oakville or Mississauga. It’s conveniently located close to the QEW and the rooms are Xo for table and clean. The Bistro is great for breakfast too!
