写真で見た通りの素敵な、清潔なホテルでした。ホテルで私がいつも心配なのは水回りについてですが、シャワーやトイレの水圧や清潔さなど、どれもパーフェクトでした。 　スタッフの方は優しくてフレンドリーでした。クリスマスの時期だったので、朝ごはんは毎朝8時頃にマフィンや果物など十分すぎる量の食べ物と飲み物をバッグに入れて部屋に持ってきてくれました。12月25日の朝はありませんでしたが。 　お部屋には紅茶、インスタントコーヒーとお菓子、ペットボトルのお水を毎日補充してくださいます。 　アメニティーや設備は、シャンプー、ボディーソープ、ハンドソープ、ドライヤー、アイロン、TV、湯沸かしポットがあり、部屋の広さは2人で使用するには十分な広さがありました。お掃除も毎日綺麗にしてくれます。 　立地はパディントンの駅からも歩ける距離で、バス停が近くにあるし、自転車のポートも近くて便利でした。 　予約時にメールでチェックイン方法など問い合わせましたが、返信がとても遅かったのでその点は不安に感じたので星は4つにしますが、とにかく安心してロンドンの滞在を満喫できました。本当にありがとうございました。

清潔感もありとても過ごし易いホテルでした。

快適な宿泊が出来ました。 アメニティの記載がありませんが、リンスインシャンプー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープは備え付けあります。ドライヤー有り、スタッフの対応もとても良かった。 毎日、タオル交換、ベッドメイクもあります。 一つ気になったのはメールで届いた部屋番号と実際の部屋が違った事かな？

It was a great stay for one night. People are so great here. The crowd at the pub could be slightly dodgy. Very happy with the stay!

Super staff and clean room and brilliant breakfast

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Jeden Tag bekamen wir eine frische Wasserflasche ans Bett gestellt. Super Service. Das Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch gehalten. Die Auswahl könnte etwas größer sein, vor allem bei der Brotauswahl ( nur Vollkorn- oder normales Toastbrot). Ansonsten alles top.

The room and hospitality when amazing. Fabulous breakfast in the morning-the coffee was great. We had dinner in the pub as well, best curry I have ever had!!

Convenient location, excellent food, immaculate rooms and good amenities (tea, coffee etc). Housekeeping staff are exceptional.

Personal war hilfsbereit, die Zimmer winzig aber zweckmäßig, das Frühstück war okay aber nicht besonders viel Auswahl.

Room was generally in a good condition. Staff was friendly. Constructive suggestion: put a few hooks on the walls in both the bedroom and the bathroom so people don't have to drop their stuff to the floor. Also, some additional source of light would be nice in case someone would like to read a book.

Although there were initially issues with the booking as they overbooked and they cancelled, but still being advertised at the hotels.com and when informed the staff at the hotel, stated were unaware of it & will inform the website which they did not, therefore rebooked it through the website. Initially they refused to accommodate for overnight with no choice but fear of bad review then they offered alternative accommodation along with uber return journey and breakfast. I feel that the staff at 3 Falcon are very professional efficient and sympathetic with their customers.

We were sent to a different hotel where a drinker in the bar swore obscenely at me. When we informed the staff, they did not remove him. I did not feel safe in this hotel.

Wir würden auch gern 6 Sterne geben. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super in Kombi mit dem Flug. Das Personal sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und auch abends noch erreichbar. Die Zimmer wurden täglich hergerichtet, die Ausstattung guter Standard und es gab immer eine neue Flasche Wasser am Bett. Das Frühstück war solide und reichlich. Hotelgäste zahlen 10% weniger für das Abendessen. Die Lage ist am Rande der Ringbahn und somit viele Sehenswürdigkeiten mit ÖNPV zu erreichen. Trotzdem war die Lage in einer Seitenstraße ruhig.
