La ventana de la habitación no cerraba y el suelo necesitaba un repaso en limpieza

What we don't like is the fact that after we submitted the requirements for transportation that were clearly stated on the reservation option we never got any. On several attempts to speak with someone over the phone calls and text message option that the clerk at the property confirmed was the correct one, we were left hanging out within the airport area for a good two hours. Then we where got to go by taxi which cost us an additional 400 dirham. Make it to the hotel at 2am.

Je ne peux dire cela est a cause du Ramadan mais je suis tres déçus des prestations de cette hotel. Amabilite du personnel moyenne. Disponibilite du personnel moyenne. Sans parler des repas... il est indiqué 19h30 sur la plaquette mais lorsque vous vous presentez a cette heure on vous dit : cest fermé monsieur pas avant 20h00... Vous choisissez un plat ( entrecote de boeuf) sur les 6 proposés et on vous indique qu'il n'y a que les burger (3) les tajines (3) ou les tapas de disponible. Ne prenez pas le burger de poulet car il est sec a vous casser une dent... Mais personne n'a prevenu auparavant... vous demandez un verre de vin et on vous indique que ce n'est pas possible. La carte du resraurant sur le site internet de l'hôtel ne correspond pas du tout a la carte présenté au restaurant. Hygienne moyenne dans le restaurant. Le sol et la table colle... Bref, de nouveau je ne sais pas si cela est due au Ramadan mais je prendrai un autre hotel la.prochaine fois.

Accueil sympathique. Chambre propre et confortable. Tres bon rapport qualité prix. Restaurant un peu cher par rapport aux portions servies.

Excellent staff and service

They do not put a trash can in the bedroom. Only one glass in the bathroom. Not a second one for drinks, even though I was getting a bucket of ice each night for sodas. Did not wipe down bedside table a few times

Great staff!

I booked my stay over a month ago and asked for a crib then. A couple days before check in and during check in I reminded them. I dropped my stuff off and left for a function, the gentlemen I checked in with assured me it would be delivered to my room later. I came back after midnight, no crib. I asked a different guy at front desk for a crib and he said the people responsible for getting it alreafy left and he had no way to get it for me. The bed is probably a full and not big enough for 2 adults and a thrashing toddler. Needless to say I am VERY disappointed and will never be returning.

Mussa at the desk was great and very helpful

No AC , I have been sweating during both nights , the AC was only blowing regular air.

Great hotel with great staff. Security was also great except one. He was not nice, not helpful and arrogant.
