Premier Lodge is always my first choice when I stay in the area. What really sets it apart is the staff. They are consistently friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist. Their service makes every stay feel easy and welcoming, which is why I keep returning.

Noise was really bad broken gas cupboard door next to my room banged for two night's i had to get out of bed at 11 o'clock and try a temporary repair no staff interested all receptionist said its not ours but seems it had been like that for a while surely they should have remedied for there guests smallest room iv been in rain was dripping all night from broken roan pipe but night porter says nothing i can do about weather

Receptionist susan was amazing and friendly. Able to use kitchen facilities was brilliant.

The staff are wonderful, the lady on reception really helped us out and made our trip! I messed up my booking and she went out of the way to help, would definitely stay again, service was top!! The place was really clean and tidy and close to the Kelpies and the Falkirk wheel

Stayed at Premier Inn Grangemouth again and had another really positive experience. I stay here regularly, at least once a month, and it’s consistently a great standard. The hotel is clean and well looked after throughout, and the rooms are comfortable with everything I need. It also feels very reasonably priced for what you get. The standout is always the staff. Everyone is excellent, genuinely welcoming, and helpful from check-in onwards. Reliable, good value, and always a pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

My go to hotel when staying in this area. Stayed there monthly for the last year or so. Rooms are starting to get a bit worn, stains on the blinds, carpets etc. The bed is always clean and comfy, will still use this location going forward, and hope the rooms get refreshed.

Room was clean but bed was not good for two people

Good sized room and bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception would definitely stay again. Ample parking too.

Very nice hotel but the late check-in time and the early check-out time feels like cheating and defrauding guests. The rooms are booked for the day, not half a day or three-quarters of a day.

Staff were very friendly on reception. Room was clean and surprisingly quiet considering the lodge is on an industrial estate. Would recommend.

Cheap, clean and very friendly staff

It’s based on an industrial site, at night lorries park up on the roadside so we did have the noise of Lorrie’s setting off early in the morning. But the bed was comfortable and we got a good night’s sleep. At the moment it’s a bit awkward to get to as they are doing roadworks on the main road, with no right turn into the road from off the motorway had to go past the turning and approach it in the other direction.

Parking was safe even if in an industrial area. Front desk was very nice and the room was large and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.
