ホステルはとても素敵な内装で、ドミトリーのベッドは快適で、カーテンで仕切られているのでプライバシーもしっかり確保されています。特にホステルのマネージャーはとても親切で、困った時にも親切に助けてくれました！10点満点です :)

Good at service and private. Around the hostel, there were many coffee and beer shop open until midnight.

I love staying here because it is near to the places that I want to see and the staff were very accommodating and respectful and helpful.I definitely recommend it to my family and friends.And I will stay here again when I come back to Hanoi Vietnam.

I had a very good experience staying at Diamond Hotel. It's very convenient for me to go to different places and restaurants to eat different kinds of Vietnamese food. And the staff is very accommodating and respectful and helpful, she even let me taste her special tea made from different dried flowers and it tastes so good. I will definitely recommend and stay there again when I come back to Hanoi.
