We had a great stay at Bay’s Inn, as always. This is my second stay and probably not the last since this is already my favourite accommodation in Sabang, Baler. Toiletries are provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton, cotton buds, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion). There are complimentary bottles water (1 per pax). Shower has good water pressure with heating. Comfortable beds, clean towels and amenities. The pool is also great for relaxing and hanging out with friends. There is a security deposit of 1000 PHP. They let us use the room at 12PM before the actual check-in time (2PM). We enjoyed the breakfast too. :)

While the food and facilities were good, service was terrible. Sadly, we encountered one hotel staff who took bad service to another level- by not giving is breakfast coupons and not moving us to a better room when we asked. Imagine, we were charged with breakfast prices from the menu when we specifically asked that we were willing to pay for vouchers
