Our stay in Riad was absolutely great. The team arranged a transfer from the airport and met us at the drop off location. Riad is conveniently located next to Medina and local gems. The interior of the riad is magnificent. From the second we stepped in we were given a warm welcome by the team. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay unforgettable. From recommendations, to arranging the transfers, setting up for us beautiful and delicious breakfasts and dinners. We can’t thank them enough for their hospitality

Wonderful Riad in a perfect location- inside the Medina but with quick access with luggage. Truly stunning decor. Quiet and very comfortable, large Honeymoon Suite. The staff is exceptional, making you feel welcome and will help with tours, transportation etc. This is not just a hotel - it’s an experience in itself.

If you go anticipating a kind of faded glory, Moroccan grand Riad on the edge of the Medina then you will be pleased with your choice. Great view from the rooftop. Tea on arrival. Yousaf explained where we should visit. A really good time. Also in March – and probably slightly out of the season – it was not too busy. And modestly priced. Definitely worth a visit.

Maravilloso, la habitación es preciosa, limpia y acogedora, el personal increíble, Mohamed, Youssef y Yousra hicieron maravillosa nuestra estadía, el desayuno también fue increíblemente delicioso!

Le Riad est bien en général, les chambres ont toutes les commodités. Le déjeuner traditionnel était légèrement à améliorer car certains éléments ne semblaient pas frais et d'autres pas assez cuits.

The staff was great only slightly too flirtatious-just something to note for female solo traveler and not all staff was this way one point though

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. They had everything ready upon arrival, they greeted us warmly and the hospitality was amazing. They made our stay in Fes stress-free, breakfast was beyond delicious and filling. Shoutout to Yousra, Hicham & Youssef for making our stay so memorable. They really treat you like family. Yousra explained Fes to us upon arrival and answered any questions we had with pleasure. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Fes. And I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Fes.

Was upgraded twice for free. Ended up on the honeymoon suite. The pool is small but perfect for a quick dip. The room was beautiful. The bed so comfortable and the service impeccable! The breakfast has many choices and if required anything that is not available the staff will go beyond to make sure you get what you asked for. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I wasn't there for diner but there is a rooftop to go to if you want to see the city day or night. I recommend the night and have diner there. The only downfall is that the hotel is hidden. Hard to find but managed when asked locals for the location. Last but not least, koodos to the staff.

Séjour ok globalement mais nous avons vraiment été déçu par la literie , le peti déjeuner, le niveau des prestations et installations en général , c’est jolie comme sur les photos mais c’est très loin du niveau d’un hôtel 5 étoiles vendu, rapport qualité prix très mauvais pour résumer . Un bon point pour le personnel aux petits soins et l’esprit maison d’hôtes présent.

We booked this Riad for our quick impromptu trip to Fez for coupe of days. We had a great experience staying at Le Grand Alcazar - Riad is beautiful, clean, has stunning architecture and convenient located to Fez Medina. It’s walking distance to major sightseeing: Blue gate, Bou Inania Madrasa, Al Attarine Madra and more. Staff were very friendly, especially YUSUF! Yusuf is your go to person for anything you need, he can help you with booking day trip, recommendation for food, can bring you charger if your forgot yours, you name it and he will make it happen for you to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Overall great location, great place, nice view from terrace, lots of vegetarian options for food near by. I highly recommend this place.
