first, the staff there didn't speak english, so that was quit difficult to communicate. I could'n connect to internet and couldn't ask someones help, because there no staff staying there. One woman waited for me, gave me the keys, shown the room and gone. And, when i arrived I was asked to pay more 14 euros. There was said what the price I paid is not correct and if I am not agree I should look for another place. Of course I paid, because I needed place for sleep and there was no option to start looking for new plays. They asked me to pay by cash and I didn't get recipe for that and couldn't ask about that, because there was no staff untill I checked out

Check-in representative was very rude at our arrival, because we did not bring cash to pay for breakfast and pet fee. According to expedia reservation breakfast was included. Place is old, urgently needs refurbishment. We were told several times that we got a very low price from expedia, it seemed she was expecting us to pay the difference. Long story short, never again. We better pay more.

Check in was from 2pm, was asked to return in 2 hours! Paid extra for breakfast as was told she wasn't making anything by including it in the price. View wasn't as described. My mattress had a large dent in. Breakfast was self service and someone had already sat at our table. No milk supplied for cereal, had to wash the used cup so I could have a drink. Nobody available to help.

Die Betreiberin verlangte bei Anreise 6 Euro pro Nacht und Person zusätzlich in bar, sonst kein Zimmerbezug. Begründung: Expedia nimmt so hohe Provisionen.

Leuk hotel in zuid Duitse sfeer zoals je het graag ziet. Goed ontbijt aardige gastvrouw eerst wat terughoudend kwam gaande weg de week meer los. Leuke omgeving met veel wandel mogelijkheden met de toeristenpas kun je gratis gebruik maken van openbaar vervoer en kortingen op toegang van uitjes.
