とても快適な滞在でした！ホテルはすごく可愛くて、スタッフはみんなフレンドリーで、ベッドルーム、特にバスルームはすごく清潔でした！ああ、デザインが本当に気に入りました！！🥰あと、照明の部屋も私には完璧で、暗すぎず明るすぎず、まさに完璧でした！

They charged 500 pesos for a mini dirt on the bed that will be remove after washing it, I was like so were not allowed to do that even though we paid for the room?

シチズンホテルは、芸術的でミニマルシックなホテルです！宿泊料金はとても安いですが、部屋自体は安っぽくありません。ルームサービスやメインデスクへの連絡用の電話があれば良かったのですが、このホテルでの経験は非常に満足のいくものでした。おすすめです！

Tidak ada tong sampah di kamar. Air kamar mandi sangat kecil. Tetapi security dan receptionist ramah dan baik.

Awesome.. I really enjoyed the bathroom area. The bathtub is darn so good. It was a cute room I've chosen but fascinated with the interior design. I really like it there. Much love! ♥️💕

ポブラシオン周辺で滞在するのに最高の場所です。ホテルの居心地の良い雰囲気が気に入りました。シーツはとても清潔で快適でした。この体験を友達にも伝え、またすぐに必ず戻ってきます。

So terrible thought this hotel are so good like on the photos pictures but it's all fake when I came to stay as fully paid my reservation in seven eleven the room hotel are so dirt and nuisance smell and unfinished hollow pader still construction are on going on !!! dirt floor dirt and movable TV has no channel and no chair and telephone! The water in the showers are clogged!

Satisfied!!! The room is comfy and nice. The staffs are so accommodating. Wanna go back soon. ❤

Room was clean and just had enough space. Some of the staff were nice but some just was not that helpful. The room we stayed in was also close to the main highway so it’s a bit noisy. Though we couldn’t really complain that much since the price was just right for the service they offer. But overall I’d still give it a 7/10. :)

I had a great stay. The hotel is new and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. No intercom or phones in the room so I had to go down every time I need something. Wifi was not working on my phone that time but that’s okay. It would’ve been nice to be connected but still ok lang. also you gotta bring your own bath bomb for the tub. I did not bring mine so staff offered additional shower gels. It help. Overall. I had an awesome experience with Citizen Hotel. Thank you! 💚

The facility is very new. The smell of paint in the elevator and walk way is pervasive to a suffocating point. The request for a change of towel is surprisingly expensive to the tune of ₱400 per towel. No in room mini fridge and when I request to borrow a bottle opener, I was told they don't have despite that there's a restaurant within the hotel. The staff are great and always smiling.
