価格なりの内容。フロントスタッフの対応は良かった。フロント横の売店は24時間セルフレジで利用できたのが便利で客室には電子レンジ、廊下にはアイスディスペンサー、とても便利に利用させてもらった。ロケーションも良かった。

鉄道駅からすぐ近くで、また近くからバスも頻繁に出ています。Google Mapを見ながらの移動だと、特に迷うことも無いでしょう。 ホテルの近くには歩いてすぐのところに小さなスーパーがあります。水や軽食くらいだったら揃います。 夜でも特に危険な感じはしませんでした。

No cleaning during my 4 days stay even it is said that it would be done every other day

星5つにしたいところですが、ホテルに着いて、チェックインの時にパスポートを見せると、予約が見つからないと言われて困りました。ホテルからの確認メールが何回か来ていたので大丈夫と思っていましたが、出発前日にヒルトンアプリに登録しようとした時に、予約が見つからないと表示されたので嫌な予感はしていました。 受付の人がパソコンで私達の予約を探すのに、予約した日を聞かれたりホテルからのメールを見せたりしました。やっと見つかったと言われて無事に泊まれるとなった時はほっとしましたが、Expedia側の問題なのでしょうか？英語が全くわからない人だったら、もっとすごく苦労してすごく不安になったと思いますので改善をお願いします。 部屋はとても綺麗で、美味しいコーヒーメーカーもあって満足でした。部屋の掃除は滞在中に1度だけしてもらって、その時にトイレットペーパーは補充してくれなかったので、フロントに頼んだらすぐに持って来てくれました。掃除係の人にコーヒーだけ欲しいと頼んだ時もスムーズでした。スタッフさんはみんな感じが良かったです。泊まってから気付いたのですが、Roosevelt駅が近く交通が便利で、薬屋も近くにあるし、何より隣りにTraderJoe'sがあったのが本当に便利で滞在中毎日通いました。もっと北の方に泊まるのもいいですが、朝8時から夜9までTraderJoe'sが開いているので、ホテルから出て観光の行き帰りに寄れるのが良かったです。十分またこちらに泊まってももいいなと思えるホテルでした。

The room was nice and clean with amazing view of downtown, 10/10. The have a restaurant onsite that serves delicious food and has friendly staff, 9/10. Hotel staff were friendly as well, 8/10.

The hotel itself was very nice and there was parking right across the street. We arrived about an hour after check-in, but our room was still not ready. They offered us another room, but the corner room and view was the reason I chose here, so we waited a bit longer. Our view was incredible - we could see most of the city to the north, the museum campus, and a bit of Navy Pier. There were no vending machines and the "store" they had in the lobby was completely emptied with the exception of a handful of what appeared to be sparkling water. I had to go to the gas station down the block for drinks and snacks.

Just an okay hotel. Not very clean and ice machine was broken and was making loud noises during our stay. Hotel strongly recommend valet parking because lots across the street had car’s broken into

Hotel staff was excellent. Rooms were not ready when we arrived but they held our bags in secure storage while we went to dinner. Rooms were very clean, AC worked great, and the staff was super kind.

As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe staying here and walking around at night. Staff were always very kind and helpful. Very convenient location to do everything I wanted. I’d definitely recommend and would happily stay here again on my next visit.

Everything was good

I found a sock that didn’t belong to me or my daughter. I found a hair on the bathroom sink counter and in the shower. Thankful we had Lysol wipes with us. I called the front desk for fresh towels because housekeeping cleans every other day. My daughter had to go to the desk at 11pm to get them.
