The hotel itself was very nice and there was parking right across the street. We arrived about an hour after check-in, but our room was still not ready. They offered us another room, but the corner room and view was the reason I chose here, so we waited a bit longer.
Our view was incredible - we could see most of the city to the north, the museum campus, and a bit of Navy Pier.
There were no vending machines and the "store" they had in the lobby was completely emptied with the exception of a handful of what appeared to be sparkling water. I had to go to the gas station down the block for drinks and snacks.
