海岸のそばの高層ホテルで眺めは最高でした。セントロまで4kmぐらいです。セントロまで海岸道路は整備されていて散歩に最適でした。朝食も美味しかったです。コスパはいいです。

至近距離にスーパー、理髪店、レストランがあり非常に便利。

Atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Nossa reserva não foi respeitada por completo

The hotel was clean, most of the staff were effective at costumer service and courteous. In many situations they were problem solvers and went above and beyond. There was only one situation when our reservation for the sauna was double booked and we did end up not using it and there was a day in which the elevator was out of service and we have to go down the stairs to meet a friend to go around the city. The Expedia advertised that they have a diamond shuttle service to the airport and we ended up paying for it. Supposedly what is called a diamond service is a relationship with a taxi company. Overall, it was a nice experience and the sea view from the bedroom was worth it!

Desde el Estero check in en el lobby de 45 minutos porque si no pido que traigan mas gente a a tender la larga fila hubiese estado solo una persona estresada attended, hasta las largas filas para tomar el ascensor, sin capacidad para estacionar. Duchas sin agua caliente solo un poco tibias. Pensaba que por ser un Hilton o un by Hilton podría ser bueno le evaluó como mala y no pésima o terrible porque el personal que nos atendió hizo su mayor esfuerzo

O piso estava muito sujo, havia muito cabelo no chão e no box do banheiro. Estávamos em 3, mas havia apenas 2 toalhas de banho, tivemos que pedir outra. Enfim para um hotel desta categoria, deveria haver mais atenção aos detalhes.
