The staff are very kind.

Staff service was perfect, so I was comfortable all the time at the hotel even though some parts weren't finished construction. They gave me surprise (prosecco and message card) for my birthday and made my day!!! I definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel and facilities are lovely. The room and all areas are spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and all fresh. The staff are so friendly and really welcoming. The extra touches, like the birthday cake left in the fridge added a really personal feel to the stay. I would highly recommend

Nous avons tout apprécié : la chambre spacieuse avec un canapé pour se reposer le soir devant la télé, la piscine et le jacuzzi superbe, le petit déjeuner varié, divers pour tous les goûts et très bon (produits de qualité) et le personnel prévenant et aimable.

Close to amenities

Staff were very nice. The hotel itself has the potential to be great but just misses the mark on a few things. The spa facilities and pool area could do with an update. The pool are both quite small and only really feel.suitable for 1 family at a time. The jacuzzi is also quite intimate and was also not warm.enough to be enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean. The decor was a little wierd but thats down to personal taste. The main issue we had was yhe AC not working eventhough we were constantly calling reception to fix it. They would put it on for a couple of hours when we'd call and then switch it back off which meant disturbed sleep every night.

Staff is excellent, they go out of their way to help. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. If you are worried about airport transport,Bolt is available at any time within 5 min. We left at 3 am and got a Bolt in 4 min, cost 12 Euro.

Staff where amazing could not do enough for you. They even put a birthday cake in the room

Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet. Alles war sauber. Zimmer allerdings hellhörig, zumindest bei unserem Zimmer mit Verbindungstür. Ansonsten alles top. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer vorhanden. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Hotel liegt auf einer Anhöhe, man sollte gut zu Fuss sein, aber toller Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung.

We loved our stay at HOLM. The staff was lovely and friendly, and everything was spotless. Breakfast was super complete. Will definitely be back.

Bathroom needs some upgrade. Toilet not flushing well, water from shower leaking over bathroom floor. Good breakfast but very high noise level due to poor acoustic.

Schönes Hotel, sehr nette Mitarbeiter und familienfreundliche Atmosphäre

Det var ett trevligt hotell på en liten sidogata. Boutique hotel. Vi bodde i Felix med bubbelpool, dock bakom receptionen vid toaletterna. Det gjorde att vi stördes då det var lyhört. Frukosten var lite torr tyvärr, väldigt fint spa, härligt och rymligt rum och stort badrum. Ingen utsikt, allt var kantat med väggar. Däremot en takterrass med solstolar och en mindre terrass med 8 solstolar och en liten pool med havsutsikt. Väldigt skön säng, täcke och kuddar. Kit med tandborstar, rakning, skrubb, vanity kit mm fanns i badrummet och även badrock och tofflor. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam vid behov.

Sono sempre felice, quando recensisco una bellissima vacanza con un hotel fantastico. Siamo stati benissimo. abbiamo prenotato una family suite posta al terzo piano. Silenziosa, ampia con due letti queenside, ben separati ed in comunicazione dall'ampia entrata. Basgno spaziosissimo con doccia generosa e vasca. zona cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari per cucinare in camera. Doppia esposizione con due balconi, uno verso il mare, il secondo più stretto ma lungo con vista sulla città. Pulitissimo e silenziosissimo. L'hotel si trova a poche decine di metri dal lungo mare trafficato di movida di San Giuliano, ma sufficiente distante da poter dormire con le finestre aperte e sentire i grilli di notte. abbiamo dormito benissimo. Dall'hotel si arriva a piedi dopo un discesa sul lungo mare, ricco di locali, ristoranti e divertimenti. Parcheggio riservato incluso nella struttura, che è un vero plus nelle vie anguste e trafficatissime di Malta. Ottima la prima colazione sia continentale, sia tradizionale con molta scelta. Vi consigliamo di usufruire della piscina sul tetto della struttura, piccola, ma suggestiva con vista mare e grattacieli di San Giuliano. ampia possibilità di riposarsi sull'upper deck con tante sdraio e la possibilità di richiedere un drink da sorseggiare rilassati. Was the perfect hotel for our anniversary, could not recommend this more to anyone who wants to go

Nice clean boutique hotel in a great area. Very quiet and close to a lot of things. We walked all over the area and found lots of places to eat and drink. The beds were really comfortable and our room was quite large. Good selection at breakfast. Hotel was really good value.
