Very nice flat, comfortable, clean and safe. I really reccommend

Great location in the middle of the city and only 400 meters to the beach. Very spacious rooms with kitchen. Only cleaning once a week and change of towels every 5th day (unless you pay for extra cleaning and/or towels) but great for self service. We absolutely loved that stuff for the beach (umbrellas and toys) is collected in the common laundry room for new guest to borrow (for free). Would definitely stay here again!!

Pros: Location: Fantastic—you’ll never want to leave the neighborhood. Blackout curtains: So effective, they could make a vampire feel right at home. Double-glazed windows: Street noise? Never heard of it. Shower: This shower’s got more power than a superhero—hot water on demand, and a spray that’ll wake you right up. Cons: The fridge: The only thing that’ll interrupt your peaceful slumber. Consider it the property’s quirky and loud roommate. The lift: 6 out of 10 times, it just won’t work. If you’re feeling lucky, take the stairs—otherwise, you’re in for a surprise every time you press that button. Storage space: Despite the room being huge, there’s not much space to actually leave/store your stuff.

Great location with nearby offsite parking. So central to the centre of town. Loved the huge room and location.

Séjour en famille avec 2 enfants, le loft est recommandé ! 70m2 avec une déco originale, 2 points d'améliorations : pourquoi ne pas avoir fait une salle de bain digne de ce nom ? Avec autant d'espace une vraie salle de bain avec de la place aurait été au top. Les baies vitrées donnent sur une rue passante piétonne et bondée de restos, l'isolation n'est pas suffisante, Ajoutez des fenêtres supplémentaires sur les anciens cadres pour doubler les baies vitrées donnant sur la terrasse; A part ces 2 sujets mineurs, tout est magifique ! La cuisine professionnelle en alu et la balancoire d'interieur font leur effet à l'ouverture de la porte.

A really fun place to stay, part massive hotel suite, part contemporary art exhibit you can live in for a while. Kitchen area was great with everything you need. Great central location. Easy access to seafront and the city.

Loft apartment with terrace is a little quirky, access to terrace is only 1m high through windows. Terrace does not get sun in Dec/Jan. Good size and adequate facilities.

Ottima posizione, vicino al mare, al paseo nonche' a diversi locali. Camera pulita e molto spaziosa, dotata di angolo cottura e di ogni comfort

Great hotel in nice location. 5 min walk to beach - bonus was a swing in the room. Our daughter loved it :)

Fantastic value for the facilities and location. Warm welcome and generally a hassle free stay in a wonderful place. Great for kids with loads of room and a beach toy library for buckets and spades etc. situated in the very heart of the main drag but no noise issues.

Agradezco todas las atenciones del personal, fueron muy amables. Habitacion muy amplia, original, con todo lo necesario para un buen descanso, excelente ubicacion, a unos pasos del Ayuntamiento de Alicante, cercana a las Ramblas, la Playa, muy bien comunicado por transporte publico, rodeado de muchas zonas de restaurantes, Museos, Casco Antiguo. Ampliamente recomendado.

What a nice, cheek and stylish hotel. In the heart of Alicante beach boulevard. The staff cannot be more helpful and cordial. Very happy people! I have to mention that this was was 35 degrees celsius which is like 100 Fahrenheit fro those from USA and the Ac is the most silenced fresh and strongest in the 39 countries I have been. With that outside temperature I didn't even need to put the AC on coldest mode. The price to my surprise very affordable. I would hightly recommend this hotel

Absolutely brilliant stay. Perfectly located to shops and restaurants in this fantastic city, the gentleman who checked us in was excellent. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here and we will be back
