パスポートのコピーをメール添付してほしいとのことでしたが、直前に連絡がきたため、安全に送信できる状態ではなく、やりとりに時間を要してしまった。事前に必要であればお知らせしてもらえれば用意できたのに残念でした。フロントがないとこういう事態が起こるのだと思いました。

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location with great service. Room was spacious and comfortable. Check in was very easy and we found the accommodation with no problems

La reserva de dos noches la hice por separado: una noche por HOTELS.com y otra en la página de la pensión. Hice el único checK-in que me enviaron pensando que bastaría por ser dos noches seguidas, pero ellos no se dieron cuenta que tenía dos noches reservadas y procedieron a empacar y recoger todas mis cosas al finalizar el primer día (me llamaron mientras paseaba por Bilbao pero no me di cuenta). Hubo un fallo de su parte al no enviarme las dos hojas de registro (una por cada noche al reservar en páginas diferentes) y no recibir ni disculpas por no darse cuenta y sacarme las cosas de la habitación. Por otra parte, La habitación Arriaga tiene una ducha que lleva agua hacia la habitación por no tener puertas ni un brocal. Poco ruido, cama cómoda, aire acondicionado funcionando. Seguridad

Localização ótima!! Tanto o quarto como o banheiro muito limpos e ótimas roupas de cama e banho. Porem o quarto é extremamente barulhento. Na noite de sexta feira impossível dormir. E não temos nenhum suporte, nem mesmo para reservar um táxi.

The apartment is in a lovely location in the old town. The checkin was convenient and it was good to use just one code to access all doors. The area felt safe. It is about a half hour walk to the major attractions like the Guggenheim and a bit further to the Central Station area. The room was small but quite comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, clean room, very comfy bed. However, this place was not for me, the walls must be super thin, I could hear everything from other guests and their nighttime activities. I checked out early as what is the point of a place to sleep if you can’t sleep! As a result the cost of 2 nights accommodation was lost. I do not recommend this place. I gave the 2 stars for the location and clean, comfy bed.

Location was perfect at Plaza Nueva surrounded by cafes and bars . Room was clean. Bed/pillow comfortable. Had a coffee maker but no electric kettle. Window led to inner court pipes which was dark and unsightly with hung laundry so kept it closed. Check in was strictly at 3pm. Given option to check in online or call in at reception at different address. Arrived early so met reception staff who was not friendly but rather abrupt. Left luggage with them and collected at 3pm. Property on second floor with narrow hallway. Lift available. Will stay elsewhere on next trip.

Todo estuvo genial. Solo un pequeño detalle de la habitacion que tomamos, porque esta del lado de la calle y hay mucho ruido por las noches asi que prepara tus tapones de oidos como nosotras y listo 😁 o seria buena idea de parte del hospedaje proporcionar gratuitos 😀

Great apartment, Great location, Would happily stay again the only slight negative was the single occupancy room without a window, was a little disappointing, but perhaps I didn’t spot this when booking

It took awhile to find the property. We were happy when we were visited and checked in. The location is great as it is by the main square but noisy at night. The space was nice overall we spent one night and it was ok.

Great location. Clean and new.

Location was perfect, couldn't have asked for a better spot. Parking was surprisingly easy too, a large underground lot only a few minutes away by foot. Our host met us in person, he was very friendly and did a great job explaining everything. Room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped for a short stay. The bed was particularly great and much needed after a full day of walking.

Perfect location to enjoy Bilbao and the historical district. The bedroom was perfect for 2, not big but with a good lay out. Good bed and pillows, A/C quiet, large bathroom. We will be glad to come back and recommend this bedroom.
