close to seafront, last minute short family break. accomdation had everything required for a nights stay. just a little threadbear around the edge of carpet but otherwise fine

Room was clean and had everything I needed. Staff was friendly. Building was dated and had a bit of a smell to it. Was woken up at about 3am by a couple screaming at each other outside.

It was a nice, clean and tidy room. There was no noise durring the night so i was fresh for my early start the next day. Great little Viet restaurant next door.

Great location for visiting the old naval base museums. Clean, easy to check in. Basic, but all you need for a short stay, with car securely parked at the back.

Room was very smelly Bed had worn mattress and spings were were making noise every time you move in bed Need a big update. Except for tea and coffee in with no spoon no other facilities exist. But staff were polite.just needs a big refurb.

This property was tired, tatty, dated, dirty, lacking , no light bulbs, threadbare carpets, stained sheets, cigarette burn holes in the duvet cover, wallpaper peeling, dirty & chipped walls and paintwork.. No welcoming reception.. Awful place. Not happy at all

The room was a good size but they had a third bed in the room because of that you had no you couldn't walk around the bed

Clean and with no problems which is paramount when you are just looking for a place to lay your head down. Would benefit from some maintenance in places but overall everything works. Bear in mind this is budget hotel

The hotel should offer free wifi as advertised but it was not working. I have to use my mobile phone data which result in extra mobile bill for me. The staff were friendly

Pleasantly surprised as was a last minute booking based on price (booked less than 15 mins before arrival). Basic, fit for purpose 2 night stay. Walking distance to Gunwharf Quays area

Designed for low budget, unstaffed except at specific hours, room cramped. Good location, 10 mins walk from the Dockyards, old Portsmouth, Mary Rose, pubs.
