Property is wore out, falling apart

The property was excellent the staff was nice and very accommodating.

No hot water, had to shower at planet fitness. AC sounded like a jet and wouldn’t blow cold air.

I stayed at this hotel to attend a graduation at Fort Sill and it was NOT the experience that I was searching for. When we arrived at our hotel room, it reeked of a mildew, moldy smell that was unbearable to tolerate. Secondly, it is very outdated inside and out. The showers and sink did not have ANY hot water to shower in and use. The microwave would not operate correctly or, at some points, did not work at all. The pool did not have any water in it and was not sealed, even though the front desk said it was. The stairs were very unsafe going up and down them. The parking lot is very unleveled with pot holes. And lastly, the television did indeed switch channels by itself. I do not recommend staying at this place until further notice or update.

It was run down. Nothing like the website. Pool was in disrepair. Nothing in the lobby. Holes in the celings. Nasty bathtub. Mold. It had everything wrong except we didn't find any bed bugs.

Very good value to stay and room is much comfortable than I expected. There’s only five min drive to key gate. Staff was very helpful.

I was not able to cancel my reservation and was billed.

The first and second room we were given were both still dirty, like completely, trash everywhere, bed unmade.

The stay was good but we went to return the key card at 10:00 AM and we waited 10 minutes ringing the bell and no one ever came so we just left the key on the counter

Unclean is an understatement. It was gross on every level. Could see light all around door and had to put a door jamming the door closed and just prayed. Left before the light of day and forefeited the second paid night. Toilet didn't flush without major assistance, shower/tub nasty, bed not comfortable stained towels, sheey pillow cases. Presumed owner rude, not warm or hospitable. When I gave the keys back at 6 in the morning stating I don't feel safe he simply asked, "did you close the door?" The worst place I have ever stayed. Someone is going to get hurt just on the condition of the stairs. Your car and stuff in it is not safe and they straight up say on the lobby wall because its a high crime area.

I stayed for one night because of the cancelled flight. The room was clean and pretty quiet. New appliances (microwave and mini fridge). Loved the blanket - soft and lightweight.

For the price this place was excellent. I had issues getting there the first night and they adjusted the dates. No issues! First time for everything. I didn't have to ask for clean anything or replacement. Service was actually 5 stars, my bad. You guys were great!
