A quiet, well-organized apartment where everything worked as it should.

The place was nice and comfortable. Great view of the city and the area was safe and close to sporting events, entertainment district, etc. The bed was quite springy and hard but we still slept fine. I'm removing one star for the check-in process - they insist on asking for personal information such as a photo of your ID through unsecure email. The company could take 30 minutes to deploy a secure on-line form instead but chooses rather to compromise our personal security - I hope that will change soon. Other than that it was a great stay and no issues.
