キッチン、食器洗い機、洗濯機、サウナが完備されていて非常に快適。部屋も十分な広さがあり、綺麗に管理されていた。駅から近く、周辺にはレストラン、スーパーマーケットが多数あり非常に便利。

立地、部屋の広さ、ベッドマットレスの寝心地はとても快適で、家にいるようなくつろいだ生活が出来ました。 サウナも入る時刻の1時間前にスイッチを入れたので、シャワー浴びて入って水を浴びてまた入って有効に活用出来ました。タイマーも付いていました。ロウリュ用のバケツと手尺も備えてありました。 チェックイン前とチェックアウト後に自分の荷物をラゲージルームに保管できました。 ただ、食器洗浄機と洗濯機の取り扱い説明書が無く、設置工事の説明書だけで、機械をスタートさせるまで操作が正しいかわからず、ヨーロッパ以外からの宿泊客には不自由だと思いました。 もしまたヨーロッパ各地に行くなら、Bobを利用するでしょう。

Nice location and price. Almost everything was done online but felt no stress rather it was smooth and convenient. Sometimes we have to wait response from Bob (the owner) but it was timely enough.

It's an apartment type, so you can wash and cook freely and it's comfortable. They are well-equipped and very clean. If you prefer to stay freely rather than staying at a hotel, I recommend it.

Location was perfect. The property upstairs was cold but were offered extra heaters. Towels could have been bigger. Sauna did not get hot enough. No oven glove! Furniture could do with being updated.

Bob W city center is a great place to stay when you come to Helsinki. It's clean and safe. Close to shops, restaurants and train/tram/buses. We totally enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We arrived in a heat wave so were glad to have air conditioning. Unfortunately it was broken in all but the furthest room, making it similar to sleeping in a sauna. At first they acted surprised, but the fans already in the room and similar complaints overheard in the elevator show that this is a well known issue that is not being disclosed or resolved. Until resolved, find another place to stay during summer months. Lighting is also a puzzle that we never solved. Motion sensors and light switches managed multiple lights in other areas of the apartment. I learned to kill the main master switch and walk around using my phone as a light source so I didnt wake others late at night. This has obviously been an issue for others as I see tape residue on the ceiling near some of the motion sensors. If you expect privacy while in bed, do not take the bedroom off the entry hall. The bed blocks the door from shutting. Since thisnis thenonly room with a working air conditioner, it was bybfar the best option. Unfortunately, it is too remote from the rest of the aprtment to allow that air conditioner to help others. Overall, a nice place in a good location. That being said, I would never stay here again based on the significant lighting and comfort issues, coupled with the feigned surprise when trying to resolve them.

Stayed here a week. Great location, very clean and quiet. Less than 5 minutes to central station.

Dissent but tedious to book first time

Great accommodation for a family with easy access to the city centre.

Good location. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Place was very comfortable. Close to transit and very central location. Checkin was easy code and they had a storage room we could use after checkout. Shower was good pressure. No street noise. It had a washer dryer combo and we didn’t realize it takes like 9 hours. But worked, we just needed better planning. There was a kitchen and we did make dinner/food some meals.

Propre, calme et situé proche de la gare centrale. Le check-in s'est fait rapidement et l'équipe de Bob a été très facilement joignable par message. Pour les points négatifs, je dirais que l'appartement est plus petit que sur les phots et l'appartement mériterait une rénovation.

A near perfect stay - cool, well equipped apartment in a very central part of Helsinki. Generally very quiet, however I am a very light sleeper so I was disturbed by some sounds of movement within the building. My partner slept fine though. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great apartment with nice sauna. Superb location in heart of Helsinki.

The hotel is situated in the middle of the city close to everything. The main issue was the shower that did have a curtain or door. The whole bathroom got wet which made the showering kind of uncomfortable. I was there on weekend and there was a party in the building until 02:00 am with loud noise.
