The room entry method has to call a person. It is slow to come by phone. I will never stay again.

Quite, convenient, great location and very secluded from the busy noisy life of HCM city

Bad communications and slow in response.

The property is highly secured placed. Need host to help u to get into your apartment every time. The host support staff is slow in response and waiting for minutes before you can access to your apartment. A little inconvenient for access and poor English from host in charge.

Brand new building, just on the edge of the city. Short hop to District 1 night life. Fabulous view. Only one small bug. These building were built with ONLY finger print access in a high rise, where all aspects - including elevator is governed by finer print. NO ACCESS CARDS. This meant the host had to open the door for late night arrivals, dinners, getting soap from the 7-11 across. It felt restrictive and we felt for the attendant s that had to help us at 3am.

I stayed at Vinhomes Golden River for ten nights, and it offers a sense of security, quietness, and upscale. During my stay, the finger print detector and its system were down, so it was inconvenient to get in and out of the building.

It was inconvenient. Every time I wanted to enter the room, I would have to call the host to put the fingerprint into the elevator, and sometimes the fingerprint didn’t work, so we would have to wait up to 15 minutes to use the elevator. The washing machine and fridge didn’t work. Towels were not available at check-in, and the room was only clean after request.

kind and nice english speaking staffs. all was good except thay we neede to call the staffs eveytime when we use the elevator

Love being in the area

It was a quiet neighborhood, find food was a chore but not so much to spoil my stay, over all I loved it and will recommend it to fellow travelers

The apartment was beautiful and the view was stunning.

The host is really really supportive and friendly. I like everything here, great location where nearby Ben Thanh market and Bitexco tower. Super clean apartment, stunning city view from both living room and bedroom. Very quiet, comfortable bed. Will come back!
