Jenny and Jim are the greatest hosts, they truly ensure you’re well looked after and are super happy to share useful tips! Our room was perfect, clean and with loads of storage options! Breakfast was super well organised and the options were so varied. Everything we tried was delicious! The location in the centre of Grasmere is also perfect! Thoroughly recommend!

This inn was simply delightful! The location and town are charming. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful. Our room and bed were super comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful (I’m running out of adjectives!). It truly is exactly what we hoped. Every detail was just right.

Jan & Jim our hosts were wonderful. The accommodations were roomy & comfortable. Grasmere is a wonderful place to stay in the Lake District and Beck Allens is nicely located in Grasmere. Enjoyed hearing the sound of the nearby creek from our guest house.

I stayed with Jim and Jenny here as my friends were at The Inn in Grasmere. As a single traveler I took the smaller double room. This was perfect for me, clean, tidy and super quiet looking over to the garden. The best bit of the room was the amazingly comfortable bed. What I enjoyed most was the wonderful hospitality-Jim and Jenny are a true team and nothing too much trouble. They make superb scrambled egg with chrizio too! Great value for money, brilliant location right in the centre and near the bus stop for onward travel in Lakes - would definitely recommend and stay again!
