全体的には良いです。ただ、ホテルはかなり古いです。部屋をアップグレードしていただければと思います。

素晴らしい滞在でした。ビュッフェ式の朝食も美味しく、お部屋もとても清潔で素晴らしかったです。来月もまたチェックインします。

午後3時にチェックインしたにもかかわらず、部屋の準備がまだできていなかったため、部屋に入るのに20分以上待たなければなりませんでした。

The stay was not bad, but for me it didn't feel like a 5star hotel. It is way overrated.

Old hotel. Staff at recipient not friendly. Amazingly the bell boy more friendly than those ladies. Check in was late. Couldn't find my booking. Credit card double charged as I book via traveloka with option pay at hotel. At hotel they have promotion rate and went for that price. Check in took forever. Arrive 7.30pm. Reach room almost 8 pm. Breakfast had varieties. Staff upon breakfast checking not friendly either. Location OK. No more this hotel for me. Service need to be improved.

Great hospitality start from checking in till out. Club room was great, nice and crisp. Super view from the executive club

I love the bathroom it has shifted wall made of wood instead of brick wall. so it enhance the space of the room, looks bigger without the wall. customer service also good, I received a call from front office around 15 minutes after I check in, asking if everything is ok with the room. breakfast also have varieties. 1 thing we curious, while we went swimming, we saw people using bathrobe. but we didn't find any in our room.

Best hotel stay . Super comfy , clean and spacious . Ground staff at lobby super friendly , recommendation what to do at Sabah and welcoming . We are looking forward visiting again but this time bigger family get together .

Overall experience is good. Check-in counter staff was very friendly, condition of hotel looks old but well maintain, cleanliness is good, inside my room the facilities are all working well, design is a bit cramp but for me it's alright, love the fact there is a bath tub (which is a + for me) and my room view was facing the sea so it was nice. Morning breakfast spread was also very good, variety was among the best that I've been to so definitely recommended.

One of the best hotel in Kk serves great food, and wonderful staffs.
