これまでで最高の場所でした。とてもリラックスできて、静かで落ち着いた空間でした。スタッフは素晴らしく、とてもフレンドリーで丁寧で、歓迎の仕方も素晴らしかったです。サービスも最高でした。食事も美味しくて清潔でした。部屋は広くて美しく、清潔で設備も充実していました。全体的に素晴らしいです。また必ず利用します。ハイアット、ありがとうございました。

ハイアットリージェンシークアンタンに宿泊し、快適な滞在を過ごせました。部屋は清潔で快適でした。リサールさんはとてもフレンドリーで親切で、午後3時頃のアーリーチェックインと午後1時のレイトチェックアウトを快く許可していただき、大変助かりました。ホテルの説明も分かりやすく、ホテル周辺のアクセスも良好でした。全体的にスムーズな手続きと素晴らしいサービスでした。

ハイアット クアンタンは素晴らしいです。部屋は清潔で、サービスも良く、ビーチも理想的です。

チェックインとチェックアウトはとても良かった

素敵なホテルです。清潔で美しいプライベートビーチがあり、子供たちも大喜びです。

早めに行ってチェックインをお願いしたら、スタッフに時間がかかると言われ、待つと伝えました。実はそれでよかったんです。ところが、白い制服を着たマレー人の男性が部屋から出てきて、鍵を渡して「先にこの部屋を使っていいよ」と言ったんです。彼の急ぎの気持ちは理解できましたが、同時に上の階を希望すると伝えたところ、彼が言った一言がきっかけでこう書きました。「Dinding kat atas tak baik condition mungkin runtuh sikit2 nanti.（この部屋は空室なので、これ以上は出さない）」と。

今回で4回目の滞在です。景色は最高でおすすめですが、早朝に朝食をとるには長い列に並ぶ必要があります。

私は妻をここに泊めるために連れて行きました。妻はここのサービス、設備、景色にとても満足しています。駐車場はホテルから少し離れています。駐車場 駐車場はすぐ近くにあります。

Memorable vacation! This marks our 2nd visit to this enchanting destination, our last visit was in January 2022. The room boasted a breathtaking view and the property continues to exude impeccable maintenance. With its wheelchair friendly facilities, we were able to conveniently store the wheelchair in our room. The kids’ amenities met our expectations and the breakfast spread was nothing short of expansive. Yet the real gem lies in the warmth and hospitality of the staff with special mentions to Manoj, the dedicated intern, Amin and the rest of the team. Their friendliness and unwavering assistance added an extra layer of delight to our stay.

The ambience, the staffs, the facilities & beach all was perfect!

My experiences at 5 stars hotel are below my expectations. Breakfast offered was not tasty and limited of choice. Even has rambut at the kuih kole kacang. However, the views and staffs are magnificent and outstanding. 5 stars for both above.

Enjoy my stay here. The staff was helpful, responsive and went miles to make your stay comfortable. The room conditions were good as advertised. The only drawback was the breakfast was super expensive. But there are many F&B options next to the hotel. We ordered the room service and it was so salty not quite for what you have paid for. Overall we have a pleasant experience in the hotel.
