フレンドリーなスタッフ、快適な部屋、おいしい朝食、便利なホテルの立地

とても良いサービスでした。スタッフの方々はとても親切で、特にチェックイン時に海側の部屋をお願いした時は、とても丁寧に対応してくれました。最高のグランドコンチネンタルホテルでした。

Room 414-cockroaches were crawling in the toilet 😰.

朝食の食べ物は良かったのですが、シェフは話す相手を限定していました。あまりフレンドリーではありませんでした。

部屋は毎日掃除し、タオルを交換する必要があります。梱包なしで3日。石鹸は無添加です。ミルクコーヒーの代わりになるものはない

Hotel and room is old but clean and well kept. Staff is helpful. Good location.

Please change the concept of the hotel. It look too old just like we back to the 90s.

Nice breakfast, restaurant manager is very helpful and a great server, they cooked omelets for us and also gave us paratha 😋 No wifi unless you go down and try your luck Aircon was just fine Place is a bit old but still worth your money TV has good standard channels especially fox movie to kill time when your finally back in hotel after along day Overhead shower head was good

The air conditioning is horrible, I couldn’t sleep because the room is warm and humid, I contacted the lobby and the house technician said he couldn’t solve the problems because the system is old and should be replaced long ago. I requested a change of room and they say no. This is worst hotel, I have stayed for the past 30 years; terrible

Kondisi kamar kurang bersih. bau apek. Mungkin karena hotel sudah lama.

The nearby club so noise, we cannot sleep start from 10 pm until 4.45 am (they closed). it made my stay like a horror nightmare until my BP high then fever due not enough sleep. The rest services and food are good and acceptable. .

Kemudahan hotel yang agak selesa. Bersebelahan dengan langkawi parade. Tak perlu drive. Hanya jalan kaki untuk jalan di mall atau tengok wayang. Sangat mudah.
