私は2017年から出張でグランド コプソーンに宿泊しています。リーズナブルな料金で素晴らしいホテルで、一番の魅力はその立地です。シンガポール川のすぐそばにあり、ホテルのすぐ裏にはくつろげる素晴らしいスポットがたくさんあります。

スタッフはサービスの質がまったく欠けています。外国人には10つ星のサービスを提供しているかもしれませんが、すぐに地元の人だとわかると、サービスの質はすぐに数レベル下がります。まるで地元の人は他の宿泊客ではないかのように。レストランフードキャピタルのスタッフは無表情で、まるでコピティアムにいるかのように接客します。 サービス以外では、チェックインのために部屋を準備するのに午後4時まで待たなければならないなんて想像もできません。待っている間、小さなロビーは人でいっぱいで、年老いた母と私が座れる場所はありませんでした。1時間以上も立って「罰せられる」のではなく、どこか別の場所に行かなければなりませんでしたが、ホテルのスタッフは待っている人混みを気にしていません。 シャワーの温度は外の気温によって異なります。夜は入浴用のお湯が出ませんでしたが、日中は超お湯が出ます。 朝食ビュッフェにはさまざまな食べ物がありますが、ほとんどが美味しくありません。冷たくて味がありません。揚げ物のフィンガーフード、パン、コーヒーだけが試してみる価値があります。そして、パンやケーキがレストランの反対側にあることを誰も教えてくれません。朝食にどうしてもパンが必要で、尋ねたり、周りを探したりしない限り、90% のゲストはそれを見つけることができません。 ここでの経験の後、私は 1 泊のステイケーションにお金を使ったことを後悔しました。私は、これらすべてを経験するよりも、家でゆっくりするほうがいいと思います。

I have many memories here and will return because of the excellent hotel location, the pleasant rooms (newly renovated), the spacious lobby, and the friendly staff. I love this hotel as I can walk to the river and Clack Quay and can take the boat around the river and luckily can see the firework rehearsal this time on 8 July 2023. Thank you for making my trip the best time ever and for a pleasant stay.

Positives: - Newly Renovated Room with lovely decoration.- 55 inch Smart TV with screen mirroring options (Air Play, Chromecast, Miracast) - Lovely views of the Singapore River and Singapore Skyline. - Wireless bedside charging, bedside usb ports. - Filtered drinking water dispenser. - Huge room (feels bigger than 32m2) - Comfortable King sized bed. - Separate shower and bathtub. - bath salt provided. - two floor towels for tub and shower (attention to detail)- Strong water pressure.- Colgate toothbrush and toothpaste provided. - 6 lifts (don't have to wait long for a lift). Negatives. - Outside windows pretty dirty (which affected my appreciation of the great views) - Room next to service lifts (can hear the sounds of the lifts, though not very loud, can be a little off putting for some) - No pillow menu, Bluetooth speaker, electronic blinds, coffee machine, hand/body lotion. - pillows smelt a little damp (slightly off putting) - bedside table a little too close to the bed (pillow can encroach the space. I accidentally knocked over a glass of water I placed on the table)- cabinet too near the bed (making the space a little cramped)

サービスは素晴らしかったです。アーリーチェックインとレイトチェックアウトもできました。立地も最高です。MRTハブロック駅（トムソン・イーストコースト線）とバスターミナルまで徒歩圏内です。ホテルの裏手にはたくさんのレストランがあり、クラークキーエリア（約2km）までも徒歩圏内です。料理はどれも美味しく、選択肢も豊富です！朝食をご予約の際に追加することを強くお勧めします！

Hotel was in good location with close-by MRT, hotel was clean, but a bit old as they are doing renovation to the hotel. Overall pleasant time to stay for couple of days.

Good location, nice and clean room.

It was good. The location is very nice with a restaurant facing the river. The room is OK. What was lacking was a porter service to help with the luggage, which was none.

Location good, lobby great, check-process good and friendly and helpful. Room OK but lack of furniture and the ammenites are low quality and too little-I suggest bring your own. Cleaniness is not so good. Not too clean and the beddings always not neat. Singapore is getting expensive, the least we should have with such pricing is better level of hygiene and room condition. Location is really good and you can walk at the back and by the river-lots if great restaurant for a perfect breakfast by the river.

Very nice staff very nice hotel! Will comin back for sure! I just got troubled to get into MRT since the havelock station is very new. But the station is just beside the hotel! A very nice hotel!

The guest relations team put great effort to make our stay memorable. Thank you very much. The room has very nice view of the river, however it ' s located next to aged lift that pretty noisy. On 2nd night we moved to higher floor and upgraded. We can sleep better and much less noise. Thanks again. The negative part: the executive lounge was closed. Our evening cocktail was served in Tempo bar which just next to river. Nice food with beautiful scenery. The breakfast was combined with other guests and super crowded, hard to get seats, a bit chaos more or less like in food court. Some clever guests brought the food and sit in the bar area. The hotel needs to fix this issue.

Toilet is not well clean and the bell boy is damn lazy.

View city and water awesome, I book twice times with different view. Nearby many cafe restaurant and nice surrounding. Breakfast also good. Definitely nice place to stay.

Service at lounge was excellent! My sister executive suite is much more bigger than my suite. I think they have different configurations for the executive suite.

The room looks exactly like the picture, spcious, comfy, and clean. The breakfast awesome. I definitely will stay again.
