KKからかなり遅れて到着しました。没入感を味わいたかったのでジャングルベッドルームを予約しました。ところが、丘の頂上には私たちしかいないという理由で別のベッドルームに案内されました。正直言って、人里離れていてかなり怖かったです。問題は理解できますが、それでも私は部屋を変えることを主張しました。どの部屋が気に入るか確かめるために3回も変えましたが、彼はどんな部屋でも提案してくれ、私の無理なお願いにもとても辛抱強く対応してくれました。（本当にごめんなさい）最後に、以前泊まったジャングルベッドルームが一番快適だったので、そこをお願いしました。彼はとても理解があり親切で、スタッフ全員がそうでした。セリンには3回目ですが、また必ず来ます。❤️

部屋とトイレの臭いがする。清潔ではない。ベッドが倒れそうな音がする。マットレスがたるむ。シーツやカーテンがほつれている。

Our second time coming here. This time we got valley view room which is the most basic. It's all good, but it's hard to open the front door because it leads to main road and it's also a big giant window. The room is less private, but I guess that's just the price we paid. We ordered food at night and it was delicious! Our breakfast is not buffet but still nice. Less choice tho. Overall, still a nice stay. ❤️ Will come again after saving money for better room. 😆

Enjoyable stay! ❤️ The only bad thing is the road leading to the resort but that's why it's so private and feels premium! At first I was disappointed we didn't get Kinabalu view from our room but it's still good. We got the mountain/valley view and our room was literally in the middle of the jungle area, you can sleep while listening to jungle sounds and it was a bit rainy too; Mesmerizing experiece! I enjoyed the privacy so much that the bad road feels nothing. I have to advice goers tho, buy 3in1 sachets, magee/noodles cup, enough for your stay cause you don't need to go down anymore. So many pretty spot to take pictures and you wouldn't want to go down once you're up there. 🤭 Nice staff, pretty view, spacious room, worth it! ✨️

Far away from main road. About 3 kilometers from main road. The worst is the 3 kilometers road is not tar road, the road very bad condition, too many stones on the road till my car spoilt because of flat tyres. Very bad experience.

Amazing view! You can see clear mount Kinabalu View, the staff is friendly and very helpful, they always smile. They do have service to cook too, buy the vegetables/seafood and they can cook and send to your balcony, I'm traveling with kids and they enjoy the stay! It's just that the road to the hotel is not that clear, bumping & gravel but not too long the area, but it is worthday. I came for my birthday. I'm sure to come again! Well done Celyn team! Kudos to all the staff.

I am terribly disappointed with the condition of the road leading to the hotel, which is not properly maintained. In fact, it is not even a proper road. It is miserable jungle road covered with stones instead of tar. As I booked the room online through app, I cannot cancel the 2nd night cause I won't get a refund. The road condition is extremely horrible. I will never ever return to this hotel. Trust me, it 's really that bad and you will surely regret it. Never stay at celyn resort hotel in kundasang.

Celyn resort was so amazing place to stay with your family or friends. It was very quite place and stunning view. The staff was very friendly and helpful to get you anything.

We stayed at a lodge where is southern foot of Mount Kinabalu. View from hotel was outstanding. However, their staff was only male and the service was not good. Since we were in the mountains, we had food at hotel restaurant.

The subsidary road leading to the Resort was rough and uneven without proper maintainence(about 2 1/2km away from the Main Road). the journey of in and out of the resort for 2-days stays were entirely very very uncomfortable,,not suitable for Saloon Car. This hardships was beyond my expectations.

Makan biase, bilik simple dengan pakej yang macam xbebaloi, bilik kurang cantik, terlalu simple untuk honeymoon.

I look pictures is very nice but actually is very scary and bad resort. access road to resort very bad and dangerous. distance from main road to resort very far. I already pay but I not check in I change to another resort. I strictly not recommend to some people this resort.
