109号室に4人で宿泊しました。部屋はとても広々としていて、全員が快適に過ごせました。必要に応じてエキストラベッドを2台追加できるスペースもありました。しかし、エアコンの効きが悪く、快適とは言えませんでした。また、バスルームの木製引き戸は開閉が非常に困難でした。全体的に見て、この部屋は大きな可能性を秘めていますが、これらの点を改善すれば、より良い宿泊体験を提供できるでしょう。

部屋は素敵で清潔で快適でした。プールへのアクセスも便利でした。バルコニーエリアは夜、くつろぐのに最高でした。NTUCスーパーマーケットもあったので、軽食や飲み物を買うのに便利でした。スタッフは親切で感じが良かったです。5人での滞在にぴったりだったので、必ずまた利用します。OCCに感謝します。

Generally satisfied with the stay.

Booked two quad rooms for family staycation and was given two rooms that are side-by-side. The housekeeper opened the doors between the two rooms for us which made it very convenient for family members to move across the two rooms. They have three swimming pools, both adults and children especially enjoyed the fun pool with a slide and waterfall. Overall, we had a nice stay.

The room is big and nice I like it.

We were given a free upgrade. Pool was great.

Guests in other rooms were making alot of noise and disturbed the rest before our wedding. Called reception to inform them but nothing was done and the noise continued throughout the night.

such a wonderful place to stay... my two kiddos really enjoyed staying here, they loved the spacious room.. the playground.. the pools (this hotel had 3 pools..awesome) we stayed in family room, we had pool right in front of our balcony. little bit far from town (location near singapore zoo) but no problems at all because there was free shuttle from hotel to yishun mrt station every 15 minutes (loop) the shuttle operated from 6.00 am until 23.30 pm. so for people who likes "green" and nature, I suggest this hotel. me and family will surely back to this hotel..

The stay was great, the room was clean, there's good food, entertainments for kids and family, the only bad is we requested for late check out, we be given only 30min late check out only, to us is no different.

So far so good. But only not as luxury and modern in of terms of decoration and furnishings.
