間違いなくこのホテルに戻ってきます、マラカで最高です

I did cancel my trip and try to resched. But it was not able to do so despite continuous efforts on the system.

Bilik yang luas dan bersih. Tempat tarikan just a walking distance. River view room yang sangat selesa. Peace of mind. Staff yang sangat-sangat helpful (credit to Fatin and team). Happy sangat stay di sini. Environment sangat best. Really recommended.

Not really impressed, not worth of money. The pool is the most disjointedness one.

Fall in love with this hotel once I reached the lobby. The staff welcomes us with a smile and they are so friendly. The room is spacious! The receptionist even accompanies us to the room, and explain details about the room and hotel facilities. Bonus points for this stay; At 6 pm, housekeeping will come to your room to light up the candle at the balcony and aromatherapy in the room! They also wipe off every car window/windshield of the hotel guest! I never experienced this at any 5-star stay. We had a birthday dinner at the hotel, the food was all nice. This hotel is walking distance to Jonker walk and Hardrock cafe.

Akomodasi bagus, bersih, pelayanan ramah. Lokasi hotel strategis, viewnya keren. Sangat memuaskan

it's pleasant stay. cool atmosphere of the room makes feel at home. hotel roof swimming pool and river side restaurant are also amazing. friendly service. just a slight noise disturbance in the construction on the upper floor which made me unable to linger in the room.

All the staff are very good! However, just be careful at the end, there is additional charges of 6% which was not included when you buy from app or any other website. The 6% charges SST will only be charged at the end of your stay.
