寝室としては中くらいの広さですが、快適です。ピーク時はエレベーターの待ち時間が長くなります。

滞在するには最高の場所です。素敵なホテルの装飾で清潔です。食事の種類も豊富で、味も良かったです。設備も十分以上で、ジム、会議室、小さな図書館があります。

フロントデスクのスタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。登録手続きや会員特典の説明を丁寧にしてくれました。ホテルの立地も良く、フードコートもすぐ近くです。

とても快適でした😁 またこのホテルに来ます。ペナンのこのホテルでも同じ経験をしました。

全体的には満足していますが、朝食メニューだけは追加のオプションや選択肢を提供するために改善する必要があります。

戦略的なロケーション。一番良かったのは、スタッフ全員がとても親切で助かることです。チェックインとチェックアウトはとてもスムーズでした。ホテルは早めのチェックインも許可してくれました。AC ホテル、これからも頑張ってください。👍。

Gunakan bahasa kebangsaan semasa urusan, bukan english. Bilik sempit tidak sesuai dengan keluarga. Sejadah soalat tiada. Paking berbayar, bagitahu pelanggan yang paking percuma untuk pelanggan.

The hotel used to be under Vistana before Covid and I remembered it was already quite a decent hotel in Kuantan. Rooms are sized well but the shower area was a bit of a tight fit. While there was a food court across from the canal next door, the lack of a footpath to get there made walking on the road dangerous while getting to it. Overall it was a decent place to stay for the night.

I arrived at 3.30 and the receptionist said the room was still being checked, the check-in process was very slow. And entered the room. Room very noisy. Then I went down to the receptionist counter and asked very noisy. The receptionist only said "our hotel is currently undergoing renovations on the 4th floor" and that's all. Without giving any solution! Then I myself went to the 4th floor and told the workers to knock on the item slowly because it disturbed guests who wanted to rest after a long trip. I am very disappointed with the receptionist who just said that and didn't provide any solution! This is the first and last time I check in this hotel.

4Star hotel near to Teluk cempedak. Has swimming pool. Free car park. Room is clean and comfortable.

1- I was blamed by reception for ordering a room with two single beds where my confirmation clearly stated that I ordered a single big bed. Not a good start. 2- I did hear noises on the room ceiling that can only be explained by the presence of rats or mice on the ceiling. 3- reception stated manager was to contact me back on my complaint on the mice/rat issue. I am still waiting for that. 4- parking for inhouse guests was free. Upon asking, reception did not clarify how to do and consequential 8 RM was deducted from my Touch and Go card. Upon check out it to took over half an hour to get this corrected. Very unprofessional in more than one way. All in all very very disappointed in this hotel. I spend plenty time in hotels for business. This is the first time ever I leave a comment, because of how bad this experience was. Never AC hotel for me again.

The room is a little small. Breakfast meets all tastes with a variety of Kampung and western food. A little disappointed with the Check-in.

Room is clean and comfortable. Strategic location with plenty of restaurant nearby (about 5-10 minutes drive).
