Fantastic hotel for families. Food was great, staff were friendly. Kids spent hours enjoying the pool. Entertainment staff were great too. Room was clean and well equipped. We would go back if we visit Fuertaventura again.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in December. The hotel rooms are scattered around a large complex which can be a bit confusing at first. We stayed in a Premium room which cost a bit more but it was worth it as it was a bit high up and had a balcony/terrace. The room was lovely and clean, modern and spacious with all the usual amenities. Big bathroom with a separate bath and shower, the odd thing we fund was the fact that there was no door leading to the bathroom, just an archway where the shower, bath and sink were located, only the toilet had a separate door. The hotel is in a good location, just a 10 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel has a large pool area with plenty of sun loungers and 3 pools, one of which is heated. The resort where the hotel is situated, Caleta De Fuste is very close to the airport which makes it convenient to getting to and from the airport but it is on the flight path so be warned for plenty of aircraft flying over which can be a good thing if you are a plane spotter!

A cheeky little break

Came for a relaxing week in the sun unfortunately the loud bunga bunga music playing constantly across the pool areas destroyed any relaxation we were looking after. Anyone who wants to listen to loud repetitive drum and base can use their own headphones and listen via their smartphone… there’s no need to broadcast it to guests in their 60s. We’re not on an 18-30 holiday..!! We did email the hotel to complain and they replied they’d consider our complaint but nothing changed. We won’t be back..!

Avoid Rooms 301 to 312, especially 312! 7am every morning 12/13 cleaners Turing up shouting, filling cleaning carts, then trailing them through the pathways, unbelievable noise! Reception had no other rooms available, however if I wanted I could book online Rude reception staff, not interested in trying to resolve for the guest!

It was alright, don’t see hype though

Location of property is ideal only a few mins walk into the centre for supermarket and restaurants and bars. We had first floor room at back of complex with sunbeds tables and chair on balcony. Reception lady very friendly on arrival, only had cleaners once during our short stay but that wasn’t a problem for us. Nice kitchen and lounge area but not much equipment if you were cooking evening meals but plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Didn’t use the pools so can’t comment but looked nice.

The hotel has since had an uplift from our previous visit which was much needed, the rooms are nicely furnished and spacious, there’s plenty of area for sunbathing with 3 pooos but it lacks features, some shrubbery/trees would break up the mass expanse

Very clean, friendly staff. Lovely swimming pool and sunbathing areas. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Personale gentilissimo sia in reception che al ristorante. Buona e variegata la colazione a buffet. Nei dintorni della struttura si trovano negozietti e ristoranti. Purtroppo la pulizia lascia a desiderare, abbiamo trovato tende macchiate, polvere e scarico doccia intasato.

Place ok still requires more renovation, broken switches lights Etc , no air conditioning. Music was very loud around pool and very repetitive

Did like the room was clean and plenty of hot water at all times. Plenty of sunbeds available although the usual muppets booked their beds with towels in the morning then didn't occupy beds until after 2:00pm usually. Hotel should do something about this! Didn't like late check in. We arrived at 11:30am. Was from 2:00pm onwards according to paperwork I received but hotel staff said after 4:00pm. Were to phone us when room was ready but never did. Left hotel for few hours and sat in Reception for 45 minutes on return until asking again. Room was ready and other staff member cheekily said to my face at desk to take this conversation as my phone call! Also no hotel supplied towels for sunbeds so had to buy them. Some food at breakfast was cold as it is left lying instead of being cooked on request.

Stayed here before, very pleasant stay but still some unsafe wiring under the tv, keep your kids away from it! But definitely an acceptable stay

Would recommend this hotel, good location, great service, large room and nice balcony.

Buona struttura a caleta de fuste, in posizione centrale a Fuerteventura. Malgrado avessi prenotato la stanza de luxe le fotografie non rispecchiavano la reale condizione delle camere, che era buona ma non ottima come mostrato. Le parti comuni sono ok e la ristorazione accettabile, anche se orientata alla clientela del nord europa, largamente preponderante. In generale il rapporto qualità prezzo è comunque ottimo.
