⚪︎2泊しました。スタッフがとても優しく助かりました。安心して相談することができました。 ⚪︎当初、ホテルに入るのが難しく、パスワードを入れてはいりました。慣れてないと難しかったです。 ⚪︎フリーコーヒーは部屋になく1階ラウンジまでいって飲めます。 ⚪︎浴室にバスタブがあったのでゆっくりできました。 ⚪︎お部屋は清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。 ⚪︎空港からバスで広場まで行きましたが、一つ手前で降りた方が近かったかな。 ⚪︎ホテルの周りは賑やかでショッピングも楽しめましたし、ピカソ美術館あたりまでも歩けます。地下鉄の駅も目の前でした。

観光のための立地がよい。 空港へのアクセスもよい。

便利な場所にある。バスタブ付き。部屋が広く内装がきれい。

Het personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Daarnaast was het heel fijn dat je koffie en thee kon pakken in de gezamenlijke ruimte en daarna heerlijk op het terras kon gaan zitten.

Great hotel. It is in a great location, the reception staff are incredible and always willing to help. Would recommend it to anyone!

La habitación era muy confortable y el área común para compartir fue excepcional, gran sitio para estar.

The wifi was horrible; this place is not ideal if you plan to work or go online at all during your stay. It kept cutting out the first day there. On the second day it did the same, and the staff blamed the painters that were there that day. On the rest of the days, even without the painters and moving rooms, the wifi often disconnected or ran incredibly slow. Staff also take a long time to respond if they respond at all, even during their hours. They didn't respond for a day about the wifi until I asked if it was possible to cancel the remainder of my stay to go to a different hotel since I needed wifi to work.

Muy buena atención en recepción, habitación cómoda y amplia. Muy buena ubicación del hotel cerca a Plaza Catalunya y Rambla Cartalunya. Viniendo del aeropuerto en el Aerobus, está a 2 minutos caminando de la para de Plaza Universitat. Buena relación calidad/precio.

The rooms are very outdated. They need some fresh paint, floors and a good deep cleaning. The staff was amazing, very kind and even changed our room.

Super bem localizado, perto de praticamente tudo. Em frente a estação de metrô, ao lado de grandes lojas, bares, restaurantes. Escolha certeira para turistar.

Great value and location! Clean basic room and bathroom. Free WiFi. Helpful reception staff. The lobby lounge and outdoor patio were delightful spots for relaxing or breakfast (only packaged cookies are provided, along with several coffee and tea choices).
