総合評価とレビュー Ohtels Gran Hotel Almería

Was a bit sceptical after reading some reviews but we just finished our holiday after the renovations and it was great! Everything was new and clean. The breakfast was great and really appreciated having items like eggs made fresh. We liked the room and slept well - it was not loud at all. The area was very good, quite close to the beach and also the city centre! One improvement could maybe be adding some chairs onto the balcony as we didn’t have anywhere to sit but the view was lovely. Also the seasonal pool’s opening months are incorrectly displayed on Expedia which was a slight disappointment but nothing to do with the quality of hotel! Really recommend and would return :)

This was our favourite hotel, and having been closed for many months, we were excited to return. Basically it is just not ready and should not have opened before it was finished. The lifts were stuck so we had to climb many flights of stairs, through areas still under refurb. Wifi useless. Telephone not working or reception refused to answer. We changed rooms to a lower one that we could access by stairs. No phone. No blankets or eiderdown, we requested this and two extra pillows but nothing arrived. We were so cold we used the bath towels as extra bedding! (Another guest complained that he had exactly the same problem). At breakfast, no orange juice. The toaster was positioned so that that toast was ejected onto the floor. The hot milk dispenser had nothing underneath so there was a mess of old milk on the surface and the floor (i put a saucer there to try to help). The ladies toilet had no lock on the door. Before, in the past if the hotel's carpark was full, we could park in the public Oliveros carpark at a discount, and the receptionist confirmed this. But the carpark attendant said they had no agreement, so I was charged 32.95 for my short stay. The hotels in Almeria I used while Gran Hotel was closed were half the price, and I now realise they are much better value. I used my 130 euros hotels.com voucher for this stay and it was a total waste. I am still furious but not sure who to complain to. I think I deserve some compensation.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel bij receptie en de schoonmaaksters erg vriendelijk en kamer netjes iedere dag. Prima kamer, airco wat minder geschikt, deze blaast vol in je gezicht (kamer 206).

Alles perfekt

Check in was good and used parking at €15 per day but the underground car park stinks of a sewer. Had to buy air freshener for the car after 48 hours in there. Hotel is handy for the centre and we found grear olaces to eat and drink close by. Service in hotel bar was a disaster. We tried to get a drink in the bar at 2pm, no one was about so I rang the service bell. A barman appeared saying he was busy making some food and that he would come to our table and take our order. He delivered the food to the other guests table, then disappeared. Having now waited nearly 25 minutes now we left and succeeded in spending nothing at the hotel during our 48 hour stay. Regarding the hotel, it is looking dated and judging by all thr pictures of by gone movie stars who have stayed there, they are living on past memories. Finally, despite the above we had a good stay and enjoyed Almeria.

Det är inte fyra stjärnor. Smutsigt i badrummet, trasig inredning och wifi som inte gick att ansluta till.

Ok hotell med mkt bra läge men dock inte fyrstjärnigt. Lite slitet men bra frukost och trevlig personal. På närmsta stranden, finstenig, finns inga solstolar eller parasoll att hyra. Nära till bla katedralen.

It looks like it used to be a great hotel in the golden years. A bit tired in different areas and you can see it. However despite a bit dated our room was spacious and ocean view. Clean. Staff super friendly.

The property is conveniently located. The room was nice and spacious. The WiFi was terrible and very slow.

Although rooms are a little “tired” it is comfortable and lovely pool area for reading

No A/C in the room and no mosquitoes screens on the balcony/windows. Even with Windows and patio doors wide open, it was very hot and the room was full of mosquitoes. We were there for one night only, so I didn't get a chance to complain and see if this can get fixed. The staff was very friendly and helpful otherwise.

Tired and dated with no parking available. Rooms not cleaned properly. On the plus side good location.

Läget är riktigt bra. Nära hamnen och nära till den gamla delen av Almeria. Frukosten mycket bra. Finns ett litet poolområde som är rent och snyggt. Helt okej bar... Garage finns Wifit hackar och hotellet behöver en viss uppdatering.

La ubicacion perfecta, però es inevitable el paso de los años en el edificio. Seria recomendable una modernizacion de todo el edificio

Horrible este hotel no merece q lo vendan Vds como de lo mejor de Almería…. las habitaciones cutres y decadentes los baños un desastre,los ascensores del siglo pasado, te daba miedo quedarte dentro.. en general mal todas sus instalaciones, encima todavía con Pintura de gotele, las paredes sucias😉 Nota mínima en escala de 1 a 10 Gracias. Saludos.

Great hotel near the coast and in the heart of the city. Friendly service and great bar! Pool was closed sadly. Also, had to park in garage across the street for 17 Euros because hotel parking was fill. All in all we enjoyed our stay!
